"Jong In..."

He stopped midways as he was about to leave the class.

"Jong In.." Again, no response from him. I walked up to him and wondered, "Where are you going?"

He looked at me. I found myself studying his emotionless face. Yet, his brown orbs showed that he was in a deep sorrow but I didn't know what that was.

"Are you ok?" I asked him and he nodded as a response. Then he tried walking out again but I stopped him, "Jong In, class is about to start!"

"I know."

"Then do you mind telling me where you are going? You are not ditching class right?" I joked around in order to lighten his mood but he just forced a weak smile at me.

"Mian."

"Jong In, what is wrong with you?" I grew irritated since I knew he was hiding something from me.

"Minah, I gotta go! Good bye." With that, he walked away. I didn't stop him this time. I knew that he meant it when he said these words. This was like farewell since I knew that he never said things without real meaning especially this "Good Bye." I watched his back figure slowly fading away down the hall.

Only then I figured out that farewell meant we wouldn't be meeting each other or never meeting each other. Starting from that day, both of us would turn into strangers. Only then I found out how much miseries I felt as I watched his back. Only then I started wondering how to survive days without him. Only then I realised that I- I - I actually liked him all along. A wave of those memories that I shared with him came into me, clarifying and proving that I liked him even if he considered me as a close friend only. 

Just then Chenyeol rushed out of the class to me.

"Jong In? Where is he?"

"He just left." These came out as a whisper.

"Damn it. Mr. Lee just announced that Jong In left our school, YG High for another school. That Jong In, bastard, he didn't say a word to me." With that, he rushed back to the class as the bell rang.

Meanwhile, I collaspsed onto the floor in the empty hall alone. No way! This couldn't be happening to me. Why him, out of everyone, why him? Not when, I figured out my feelings toward him.
