She showed me

Description

This story is one that i have not planned. I dont know how it will turn out it will just go where it gose im just gonna let it flow.

Foreword

i lay still on the ground staring up at the bright, inviting, star lit sky. It's beautifull and full of wonder. I had always loved the night sky and what it had to offer. I got bullied by the kids at my school often, but unlike some kids my releif is the night, teh darkness of it all just set me free.

My name is Ashely Myer and i love the night.

" BRINGGGGGGG"

"gahhhhh" i groan as my alarm clock awakens me from my slumber.

" HONEY TIME FOR SCHOOL" my mum, sara, yells from down stairs as she dances around the kitchen delighted and happy for the day ahead.

I pull myself up from the sheets that are warm against my soft, tanned skin. I dont want to get up because i know i'm in foer a night of bullying and physical abuse. I stand anyway, knees wobbly from my over tired state. i groan inhappily.

Slipping into new clothes and shortly after brushing my teeth and hair i grab my bag and all my needed school books and head down stairs to see my mother cooking bacon and eff muffins. Yum.

" morning sleepy"

"morning mum"

" looking forward to school"

"nope are you looking forward to work"

" yeah actually i am"

" oh'

" haha, here eat up then get out"

" oookay" i say taking one bite into the steaming bacon and egg muffin.

After finishing i grab my bag, thank my mum and walk out the door to school. The air was cold against me, flushing my face of all colour. i continue walking, but as i do i pull on a puple and red coat and walk into the gloom of the woods.

The woods grew quieter with every passing minute and the overwhelming feeling that i was not alone soon creept its way into my mind. it was an hours walk to my school and i knew it was going to be a very uncomfortable one. sticks crack beneith my feet as i walk, nothing had ever scared me more than what i was about to hear. A raspy, croaky, sick sounding voice called my name. I walk faster wich soon elevates to a jogging pace.

before i could think clearly enough to get myself out of trouble, i feel hands press against my back and throw me forward. the force of the shuve was to much to handle and i fall to the ground. I look behind me to see what looks like a small child. she was wearing a small pokadotted dress with a blue, itchy looking collar. She looked at me with the saddest look i had ever seen and points towards where my house would be and i look back at her with the look of pure confusion. She walks forward and touches my shoulder sending me back to the past.

I stand still looking at m,y surroundings. The girl is standing next to me and looking directly at a small rock. She then looks back at me with a pleading look. I slowly turn my head towards the girl.

" do you want me to lift the rock?" i ask i n a soft tone just above a whisper. The girl nods. i move towards the rock and carefully lift it and turn it onto its side. I see a bit of white cloth and bend down to have a closer look. Its a white pokadotted dress. I jerk m,y hands away from the cloth and step back, looking back at the girl who is now standing by my side.

The girl puts her hand on my shoulder showing me two people on a stand infront of many people.

" please bring my baby home please" the women says sobbing uncontrolably, the man cries too.
These people standing by, faces cringed with sorrow for the seemingly young couple. A photo of the young girl standing next to me appears on the large projested screen beside the couple, in brakets under the photo is the name Milly Myer. Realisation hits me. The couple in the flash back is my parents and the girl standing next to me is what would have been my older sister.

I get pulled back to the present and look at the girl beside me, she slowly fades away. i take in my surroundings and run full speed to the police station. i tell the man at the front desk that i had found the corps of Milly myer. He instantly contacts my mother and brings he down to the station. once my mother is there me and a few officers go to the site of where the corps is. The sherif takes a closer look at the decomposed corps, steps back and nods at my mother and another man. reporters were called to the sceane and our family clears out.

Later that day i was questioned to see how i Knew where the corps was. To this very day my answer will always be, She showed me.
