Pygmalion (a legendary figure of Cyprus)

My name is Kris Wu, and I have to decide if someone lives or dies. 

I walked down the hallway. Surprisingly, it wasn't as quite as I imagined. The white wall that surrounded me wasn't as white as I imagined. Totally different world for me. With an unusual appearance, I could hear their whispers. 

"Good morning, Dr. Wu." A mid-aged woman approaching me with her motherly smile on her face.

"Good morning, Director." I bowed down to respect her.

"I could tell that you felt out of place." She smiled. I replied her with a smile.

"Don't worry, you will be fine, just try to fit it. I know, this is your first time as a volunteer."

"Thank you for your guidance and encouragement, director. I will try hard."

"I know you will work hard, I know the way you work, Dr. Wu." She patted my back, for encouraging me.

"Thank you for your compliment." 

"You can follow me now, I'll show your workplace."
