Darkfic Writing Contest

Hello everyone! I know it's been ages since the contest has ended and I should be announcing the winners by now. I apologise for the tardiness and I can list down a lot of reasons as to why but I shall save you all from my rambling. Let's just say that I proscratinated. A lot.

Anyway, back to the topic, I'm sure that all of want to know the results by now and I can't wait to reveal it. However, the results will be revealed in a few hours and I hope that you all will be anticipating it. Just be patient, all right? c:

As for the prizes, I've decided to make slight changes since the total number of entries that I have to judge is less than ten (seven, to be exact) and this means I can give out more karma points.

This also means that every single participant of this contest will receive karma points from me as a token of appreciation for taking the time to plot, write, complete the entries and wait patiently for the results.

Anyway, I would like to apologise sincerely again for the tardiness and I hope that you all will be able to forgive me.

Let's see the winners in a few hours, shall we? :)

Dang when I finally find a contest to apply to, it's over D: Oh well, my story wouldn't have been that shrilling to be honest. I kinda lack in that scary area, though my dream is to write a scary story. Haha, maybe one day I manage to do that

Chapter 10: I'm sorry for the lateness. I've been away from AFF (though I do online sometimes) because wifi in my house was cut off and I had to wait like, a week for it to regain.

Anyway, I was surprised at the fact I won the third place. To be honest, the writing a lot; typos and grammatical errors scattered everywhere. I basically face-palmed myself when I read the chapters back the other day - that is why I was shocked.

Nevertheless, I am awfully delighted you picked my as the top three. I do understand your point. Having a friend in AFF makes us trap in guilt. We'd tend to be biased and stuff.

Thanks again for the prize! Somehow, I think it's worth the wait. I mean, seriously, I'm the one who wrote 16 freaking chapters XD

Chapter 10: I've been staring here this comment box for maybe ten minutes since I really don't know what to say. I participated because it seemed interesting and dark stories are close to my heart, also to gain experience. I never even dreamed of winning the first place so I am both shocked and delightful.
But, thank you, I feel honored that you thought my story was worth the place. And thank you for this contest as well. Also, you've been apologizing a lot for result coming out 'this late' but I think it's fine, we can't just assume that you have nothing else to do. Really, it's fine ^^

Chapter 8: Hi!
I'm sorry but I'm afraid that I'll have to withdraw from the contest. I've had a really long writer's block and I don't know how to overcome it. Plus, I have been very busy lately. You may remove me from the list. Once again, I'm terribly sorry and I would like to wish the other contestants luck! :)
