Do the face claims have to be Korean? I mean, in the rules you say that you accept any ethnicy, don't you?
No the face claims do not have to be Korean and I do accept any ethnicity. :)
Okay, so you know how in the Hunger Games, District 1, 2 and 4 were like the "career" tributes? The ones that were closest to the Capitol, most likely to win and illegally train their tributes beforehand? Are there any districts that are favoured by the capitol?
Yes yes that is true and no none of districts are favored by the capital. However in this story, since all the districts want to win and are actively participating, tributes are allowed to "train" in their own districts if they wish. However all tributes would train by themselves or with family.
Are there specialised areas of work for these districts?
No there isn't. I did try to assign each district a specialty of work, but a lot of them overlapped each other, which didn't work. I'm going to be pretty flexible on this though so as long as it still match your sign (example: I don't want a fire sign like Aries working as a fisherman per say.). I'd also do a little research on whatever sign you're applying for and links I prefer can be found on the cheat sheet.
In THG, the Capitol is kind of like oppressive and "evil". Well at least President Snow and Seneca Crane are. The rest are just dim-witted and air-headed. Is the Capitol in this case as oppressive and harsh as the Capitol in THG is? For example, when Johanna refused to become a e after she won, the Capitol murdered all of her family. Would the Capitol here do something as cruel as that?
No it's not "evil" nor it is that oppressive. It's only harsh when and if a district doesn't follow laws that are in place. If anyone is to refuse punishment the capital would try to find alternatives that still "fit" as a form of punishment for them.
