Foreword
I learned the hard way that life has its ups and downs.
I'm not proud to say that most of my life hasn't been exhilarating fun like I had hoped it would be when I was a child.
I was a child, though. I was young and stupid. I never knew the extremity of reality.
Still, I'm not really disappointed about the unpleasant happenings in my life. I learned to never expect anything extraordinary so I wouldn't become upset when I was let down.
You can choose to sulk about your problems. I chose to cry a river, build a bridge, and get over it.
You can't move forward with tomorrow if you keep thinking about the past.
