His Regrets in Leaving Him
Description
People say they "find" love, as if it were an object hidden by a rock. But love takes many forms, and it is never the same for any man and woman. What people find then is a certain love.
Love, is also like the rain, that nourish from above, drenching couples with joy. But sometimes, under the angry heat of life, love dries on the surface and must nourish from below, tending to its roots, keeping itself alive.
(The Five People You Meet in Heaven, Mitch Albom)
Love, is an important thing, as a lot says. It is when and where we learn to sacrifice, to trust, to have faith, and sometimes, to be sad and broken.
We all experience it, may it be in our homes with our family, in school or office with our friends, and other places. Without it, we may not be able to live fruitfully and happy.
In this case of love that is mixed with conceitedness, a lot of regrets would appear. Selfishness. Anger. Would it vanish as time passes by? The one who wants to be forgiven and be loved again, will his wish be granted? The one who was left alone, a question he must answer; what would he choose: to forgive or to be forever alone?
Foreword
This oneshot is dedicated to those people who have felt the way the two protagonists felt--may it be the younger person or the older. As young as I am, of course, I haven't experienced any of these. But it just struck me that some time, in the future, I might do. I hope that all of you learn or never do it. We all don't want to be bugged by our conscience nor feel regrets, right? You'd be lying if you do.
