^{For someone like me. Schedule and routine is very important. My whole life I followed the same routines. Naturally, that all changed thanks to a certain little girl. My schedule is much more hectic now. I wake up, shower, get dressed, wake up Cheonsa, start breakfast, help her brush her teeth, dress her, feed her, then take her to school and go to work and then pick her up from school and so on. But I can't complain too much...I honestly thing that being around her has helped with my disorder. It's been really hard in fact it still kills me to have to run out of her room every night after only switching her light off once. But I run to my room and I just take deep breaths and switch my light on and off, on and off, and on and off until I stop shaking and the impulse finally ends.}
