"You know that place?"
"Yeah. My brother had a friend who went there once. Said it was empty."
"Oh. Did he say anything else about it?"
"...now that I'm thinking about it, he said he'd go back there again to check it out some more."
"Did he find anything else?"
"...I haven't heard about him since."
