Kim Jongin was shy. That much was an understatement. Despite being very good-looking, with a deep voice and height to accompany it, without his best friend Ahn Jaehee, he would long ago have been swallowed up by hormonal teenage girls obsessed with having the hottest boyfriend.

Ahn Jaehee was awkward. She was quiet, and it took her quite a while to be able to open up to anyone, making her seem unapproachable. Until she met Kim Jongin in first grade. He helped her up when a boy had pushed her down, and from that day she never really let go of his hand. 

Jongin and Jaehee always had each other. Except they never really realized their feelings for one another...but when they did, they knew nothing and no one could stop them. They would always be together. Forever. And always.
