Forty-two students, three days, one deserted Island: welcome to Battle Royale. A group of students from a Korean high school have been forced by their former high school principal to compete in a Battle Royale and fight to the death. Abducted and betrayed by someone they trusted, the students will each be given a bag with a randomly selected weapon and a few rations of food and water after they are instructed to kill each other in a gruesome free-for-all game to the death, if they want to stand any chances of survival. They have three days to kill each other until one survives--or they all die.

I have suspended the deadline since I never took Thanksgiving into account so people get more time to finish their applications, if you guys need more time, let me know, then I'll re-announce a new deadline. In the meantime, I've posted the list of current applicants.

This is not a regular apply story, and the application will not be a regular application, and normal rules will not apply when it comes to the progression of this story. There won't be love interests or plot progression as this story will take place over the course of three days, after which only one character will be left alive. Character death is absolutely, one hundred percent guaranteed. However, I will not be the one deciding who will die next; you will. At the end of each segment, I will leave a poll open for the readers, subscribers and applicants to cast their vote on which student(s) will be (unpleasantly) leaving the story next. Despite the poll being up to readers of this story, those voting will not be aware of who they are voting for as I will assign each student a random number known only to me, and votes will be cast randomly for numbers, all unknown until the next chapter is released and that person or persons die. My criteria for applying will not be extensive, nor will I be picky, as this is more a way of involving others when I need to let off writing steam. This is entirely inspired by the Japanese movie; Battle Royale, a link to which I have provided in the sidebar and I suggest you watch it, but it's extremely gruesome so be warned. I currently have a very light and easy apply story ongoing so this is more as an aid for me to get over writer's block and improve as an author without having much bias or involvment with the characters. I will be selecting twenty one applicants to take part, the other twenty one being idols, and the rest is up to all of you. Good luck. 

One; Make sure you understand the concept of the plot and how this story will be going ahead before you apply so you have no high expectations for your character being very involved, and don't apply if you're not a fan of gore or horror or character death. Two; Subscribe if you apply or plan to apply. Three; I will not be offering an extension and I will not be offering a really long time for applications to be given, so try not to leave it to the last minute. The application won't be extensively long so it shouldn't take up too much time. Four; Fill out the application correctly in a blog post and leave the link on the application blog post preview. I will ignore your application if you submit it any other way. Five; Don't change the source code around because it's a pain to read a messy application. Six; Think carefully if you're going to copy and paste applications, I don't want to try and pick out the relevent information out of unneeded drabble about your character that this story doesn't include. Seven; When selecting a picture for your application try to avoid selcas and think of it more as an ID photo. Eight; Try to encourage other's to vote on the polls once the story has started for better odds when it comes to eliminating characters. Nine; Don't feel dejected if and when your character is killed, it's entirely random and the whole point of the story. Ten; Sit tight, the application will be released to you soon, so spread the word.
