Today, was the day. Today, was Valentine’s Day. Today, was the confession day. Yongguk was freaking out, like had not been so nervous in his life before.

                “Relax, Yongguk! It’s just a confession! It’s not like you’re getting married!” Yongguk said to himself. He was carrying three stalks of roses behind his back because he knew that meant ‘I Love You’ and he wanted to give them to the person he love, Daehyun.

                As he almost arrived at Daehyun’s class, Yongguk saw Zelo wandering agitatedly outside. His yes then travelled everywhere to find Daehyun. Usually he would always been around his best friend but not today.

                Yongguk casually approached Zelo. “Hey, Zelo. Have you seen Daehyun?”

                Zelo abruptly turned his head to Yongguk. “Oh, Yongguk hyung! Daehyun’s meeting with Youngjae hyung behind the school building.”

                Yongguk’s eyes popped out. “What?! What for?”

                Zelo sighed. “Isn’t it obvious? It’s Valentine’s Day! Of course Youngjae hyung’s gonna confess to Daehyun. Geez, I don’t even expect he has feelings for Daehyun.”

                Yongguk could feel the world was crushing down on him.

                “I can’t imagine they’ll be a couple after this ‘cause Daehyun told me he’ll accept the first person who confesses to him today,” Zelo added.

                Without wasting any time, Yongguk bolted away from there. He breathlessly ran to the back of the school with rose petals trailing behind him. Looking from left to right, right to left, he still could not find Daehyun. Yongguk walked further and further until he saw two figures hugging each other under a tree. There they were. Youngjae and Daehyun. He was too late. The ruined stalks of roses in his grip slipped to the ground.

                “HIimchan, I’m sorry. I should’ve listened to you,” Yongguk met Himchan in their class, looking like he was about to cry. The teacher didn’t even bother to come and teach them because they know that day was special.

                “Listen about what?” Himchan asked.

                Yongguk rubbed his face in frustration. “I should’ve listened to you, I should’ve confessed earlier,” He sighed heavily while pinching the bridge of his nose. “Daehyun has accepted someone else… Youngjae…”

Yongguk’s words ripped off Himchan’s heart. His trembling mouth opened and closed when nothing came out of it. He looked at the box of chocolate in his hands. The day he finally had the courage to confess, was the day he realized that he was too late.

                Himchan blandly walked through the school hall. Every other student was so happy with their partners. And he was forever alone. But among the happy students, he spotted a gloomy person standing against the wall.

                “Youngjae?” Himchan asked nobody. It was weird for Youngjae to be all sad when his confession was accepted by someone he liked.

                Himchan gathered his courage to talk to him. “Hey.”

                “Hey,” Youngjae smiled bitterly.

                “I heard you start dating with Daehyun,” Himchan said although his heart was in pain.

                Youngjae laughed. “Who told you that?” Himchan looked at him quizzically.

                Youngjae shook his head. “Daehyun rejected me,” He stated, surprising the other. “He said he really wanted to accept me ‘cause he feels bad for rejecting people all the time. But it turned out that he couldn’t even say yes. I know Daehyun is a sincere person. He’ll never do something different from what his heart says. And I don’t want to force it. And…I just give him a friendly hug,” He shrugged his shoulders.

                Himchan could feel his heart was at ease again. He thought maybe this was the only last chance he had. So, he would not back away anymore.

                “You shouldn’t be sad. ‘Cause there’s someone else that will always like you,” Himchan handed Youngjae the chocolate box he was holding all the time. He gave the other a sweet smile before leaving him behind.

                Yongguk just arrived at the door of the club’s room when he got a new text message.

From : Himchan

To : Yongguk

You’re wrong! Youngjae got rejected. And I confessed to him! Indirectly…

But I just left like that before hearing his reponse x(

                “What the hell?!” Yongguk was furious. He almost thought that he had lost Daehyun. But now… how was he supposed to confess to Daehyun? He threw the ing roses away because of a misunderstanding! Unable to contain his anger, Yongguk kicked the door opened.

                Daehyun was surprised to hear the loud noise. He quickly turned around and saw the person he had been waiting for. “Yongguk hyung…”

                What’s this? Is there a hidden camera in this room? Yongguk looked around. Wait, maybe this is a sign for me. Yongguk stared at Daehyun in front of him. Slowly, he went closer to the boy.

                Daehyun bit his lips, feeling nervous. “Yongguk hyung, I…”

                Yongguk suddenly put his index finger on Daehyun’s mouth. Daehyun immediately shut up and frowned at him. Yongguk was determined. He would use this moment to say all the things he practiced with Himchan and make Daehyun his.

                Yongguk inhaled deeply before beginning to speak. “Since the first day… I’m falling… you… I…” And now he was having a severe speech problem. Daehyun looked at him confusedly. Yongguk looked at Daehyun awkwardly.

                “Aish, this!”

                Yongguk roughly pulled Daehyun into a kiss. The smaller boy shut his eyes tightly at the sudden hot contact. His body was tensed at first but the way Yongguk devoured his lips had sent him to cloud nine.

                Yongguk never thought Daehyun’s lips would be this delicious. Most of the time when he stared at those thick lips, he always thought that it would be soft and sweet and hot… But now he knew it was more than that. He didn’t even care if he was out of breath.

                Daehyun ran his hand to Yongguk’s hair as Yongguk brought his body closer by pulling the younger’s waist. The kiss began to be more passionate and he accidently moaned when Yongguk his bottom lip.

                “Mmmhh…Yong-” Daehyun tried to stopped the other but as he opened his mouth to speak, Yongguk quickly slipped his tongue inside. And Daehyun moaned even louder.

                It was not until Daehyun felt he was about to faint from the lack of oxygen that he pushed Yongguk gently on the chest. Both of them desperately gasped for air.

                However, the sight of Daehyun’s flushed face with swollen lips and a little bit of sweat wetting his bangs made Yongguk out of control. He pulled Daehyun for another hasty kiss before the boy could even breathe properly.

                Daehyun hit Yongguk’s chest repeatedly. Yongguk finally stopped when Daehyun didn’t respond to his kiss.

                “God, hyung! Control yourself. I don’t want to die because of a kiss,” Daehyun complained while rubbing his chest.

                “Daehyun, I love you!” Yongguk blurted out. He sure could not hold it anymore.

                Daehyun looked at him with bulging eyes. “I… Me… You… You love me?!”

                “Yes, Daehyun! I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you!” Yongguk was about to kiss Daehyun again but Daehyun blocked Yongguk’s face by his palm.

                “W-Wait. W-What about y-you and H-Himchan hyung?”

                Yongguk removed Daehyun’s hand from his face. “Me and Himchan? We have nothing to do with each other. He likes Youngjae and I like you!”

                “What? He likes Youngjae? But yesterday I heard-”

                Yongguk pecked Daehyun’s lips to shut him up. “It doesn’t matter now.”

                “But I’m sure-” Yongguk pecked his lips again.

                “No, hyung-” And again.

                “Wait-” And again. This time Yongguk was dabbing kisses all over Daehyun’s face.

                Daehyun turned his face from side to side, feeling suffocated by the affection showed by the elder. He tried to push Yongguk away but Yongguk’s grasp on his back was too strong.

                “Stopped!” Daehyun shrieked, making Yongguk jumped in his place. “So you really want it huh?” He looked at the elder darkly.

                Daehyun smirked before he attacked Yongguk’s body. Yongguk fell to the floor hardly with Daehyun on top of him. But the pain was nothing compared to the pleasure Daehyun was giving him.

                “So, where’s my chocolate?” Jongup asked as he was sitting with Zelo at the school park.

Zelo rolled his eyes. “You should be ashamed with yourself! You don’t even bother to ask me to be your Valentine and yet with your shameless face, you asked me to give you chocolates?!”

                “Actually, I was going to after you give them to me. But well…” Jongup gestured Zelo to look behind them. What he saw totally amazed him. A group of students were holding roses and balloons. And also cards that spelled ‘Will you be my Valentine?’

                Zelo stood up with a wide yet disbelief smile. “You’re kidding me, right?”

                “Nope,” With that, Jongup brushed his lips with Zelo for a simple kiss. “Zelo, be my Valentine?”

                Zelo giggled as he blushed. “I’d love to!” He jumped onto Jongup’s welcoming arms excitedly.

                Yongguk and Daehyun finally stopped kissing after quite a long time. It’s good because they didn’t look like they were going to stop at first.

                Yongguk sat up on the floor with Daehyun on his lap. Daehyun was smiling cutely while clinging to his neck.

                “Gosh, I’ve waited like forever for you to be mine,” Yongguk uttered as he brushed out Daehyun’s strands of hair from his face. His loving gaze never left the younger.

                “You should’ve told me sooner, hyung. It’s really hard to have a crush on you,” Daehyun pouted.

                Yongguk smiled. “It’s not that easy for me either,” He captured Daehyun’s pouting lips with his for a short kiss.

                “Really hyung? You have a crush on me too?” Daehyun asked with big round eyes.

                “Yeah, since the first day I saw you.”

                “Damn, I joined beauty pageant for nothing,” Daehyun looked to the floor while talking to himself angrily.

                Yongguk laughed at the latter. His fingers lifted Daehyun’s chin to face him. “It’s okay. I love to see you like that. A lot!”

                Daehyun blushed madly at Yongguk’s statement. He didn’t know whether Yongguk was referring to the contest or the medical room.

                “I love you, Dae,” Yongguk muttered softly while looking sincerely into Daehyun’s eyes.

                Daehyun blushed harder. “I-I love you too… Yongguk hyung.”

                “Happy Valentine’s Day,” With that, Yongguk pushed Daehyun to the floor and started making out again.

                “Hey, Himchan hyung?” Youngjae called from his back.

                Himchan was sitting alone in the library because he had nothing to do on Valentine’s Day. He turned around and suddenly remembered about his confession not long before. His cheeks immediately became red. “Y-Yes?”

                “I am wondering…if you…want to…go out…with me…later…after school…you know…it’s Valentine’s Day…and it’s kinda sad…to spend time alone…I know how it feels…” Youngjae said shyly while scratching the back of his head.

                Himchan said yes almost immediately. Youngjae just chuckled at him. Right when Himchan thought he would never see that smile again, now, he was glad to know that he was the reason for that smile.

                Maybe this was just the beginning.

                Himchan, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo could only gape at the lovey-dovey scenes in front of them. Each of them had the most disgusted face ever like they would throw up in anytime. Like really, how could this couple be so open about their relationship? They were currently at the cafeteria during lunch time and everybody was staring at them.

                Yongguk hold Daehyun closed to him by the smaller boy’s shoulders. “You look so cute when you eat,” He said to the younger before kissing his cheek. Daehyun blushed while grinning from ear to ear.

                “Say ahhh…” Daehyun feed Yongguk some of his food with his hand. Yongguk gladly opened his mouth and ate it in one go.

                “Mmm… the food tastes more delicious when you feed it to me,” Yongguk uttered before kissing Daehyun’s nose.

                Daehyun giggled. “You want more?” Yongguk nodded eagerly.

                Daehyun feed Yongguk again. But this time Yongguk took Daehyun’s fingers into his mouth and it clean.

                “Yah!” Daehyun hit Yongguk hard on the chest. His face was a bright red now.

                “Your fingers taste delicious too…” Yongguk whispered before kissing Daehyun’s earlobe. “Other than your lips…” He kissed Daehyun on the lips.

                “Stop that,” Daehyun whined and pinched Yongguk’s side, making Yongguk flinched but he just laughed louder.

                “Do they even know that we exist?” Himchan voiced up annoyingly. Youngjae snickered as he found it funny.

                 Jongup moved closer to Zelo. “Should we do pda too?”

                 Zelo facepalmed while shaking his head, feeling embarrassed of both his best friend and his boyfriend.
