Around midnight,her eyes are finally done.The eyes were just right,rising up to her fine,elegant brow.He held the paper at arm's length to access it.Its hard having to draw without her in front of him,but he could never sketch in her presence.Ever since he had arrived from Canada --- no,ever since he had first seen her.He is always careful about keeping her at a distance.

Everyday she would approached him,and every day was harder than the day before.This was why he was going to leave first thing in the morning --- for Japan,for China,he didn't know and he didn't care.Wherever he goes,it would be so much easier than being here.

He looked at the drawing and sighed as he used his thumb to perfect the smudged part of her bottom lip.The lifeless paper,this drawing,was the only way to take her with him.While sitting and admiring the drawing on the chair,he felt it.The brush of warmth on the back of his neck,it was her.Her presence gave him the most peculiar sensation,like the warmth from the fire during winter.He knew that she was there without turning around.He tried to cover the drawing of her using some pencils but it didn't work so he gave up on it,he wanted to run away but he could not escape her.

He turned around and glanced across the room,out of the room to the balcony,where she crept up to him the other time.But she wasn't there,he turned back wanting to continue admiring his drawing,he saw her.She was standing against the ruby velvet curtains,dressed in her plain white gown.The look on her face was the same as the one he drew.Something about her eyes seemed different than usual.He longed to know,but he couldn't bring himself to ask her.

"what are you doing here?"He snarled.

"I--I couldn't sleep,"she stammered while walking towards the door."I saw light in your room and--"she paused,looking down"--your things are all packed in boxes.Are you going somewhere?"

"I..."He broke off,he had never intended to let her know about his plans.

Her eyes fell on the drawing,"You were drawing me?"She asked obviously startled by it.After those weeks they'd spent their time together,she has not known the truth behind their attraction for each other.

This was great --- or at least it was for the better.He had been trying to pull away from her when he had decided to leave.It was hard and it took lots of effort to do that and once he was alone he started drawing her and it filled up all the pages of his sketchbook with different drawings of her.He wasn't ashamed that she had discovered the drawing but looking at it,he mentally cursed himself for leaving the sketchbook there.The sketchbook contained all his feelings for her and if she found out, it would surely destroy her one day.He should have been more careful about keeping the sketchbook.

 

"Drink warm milk"he murmured,his back facing her and he added sadly,"It will calm you and helps you to sleep well too" "How did you know?That's what ---" "I know,"he said while turning to face her.The astonishment in her voice did not surprise him.Yet he couldn't tell her that he had done that for her countless of times in the past and how he used to hold her in his arms till she slept. He felt her touch and it was as if fire was burning through his shirt,he then laid her hand gently on his shoulder.They had not felt each other's touch in this life and this very first touch had left him breathless."Answer me,are you going to leave?"she whispered. "Yes" "Then bring me along with you" "No" *i can't, no matter how much i want to bring you along* he whispered sadly remembering the past mistake he made and he swore to the gods he won't ever make the same mistake ever again and being here as a human was his punishment for it."I will leave tomorrow and if you care for me you will not say another word about this" "If i care for you"she repeated trying to register every word he said to her brain "But I-I love---" "Don't" "I have to say this.I love you and I'm sure that if you leave---" "When i leave,you will be safe and you won't have to suffer"he spoke slowly."Sometimes things like this is much more important than love.I know you won't be able to understand what i am talking about now but you just have to trust me" "You mean that there are other things that are more important than love?"She challenged while staring right into his eyes and it was as if she was going to stare straight into his soul.He predicted that she would challenge him just like that since her personality is the type that really likes challenges.He knew that if he don't somehow stop her,history would repeat itself again.She then wrapped her arms around his waist and whispered,"Why do I have a feeling that something like this happen before..." *No this can't be. I thought they erased her memory already. I know that there is a chance that some of the memories will still be with her but i hope that this is not true* She turned him around and kissed him.He felt her lips on his,he wanted to push her away but his body had already given in to the kiss.As soon as their lips melted into each other, both of them felt like they were powerless.The honey taste of made him dizzy.He pressed her closer against him.His tongue traced her lips and with every new touch he could feel that he is losing his senses one by one and all of this wasn't new to him. A bright aura starts to form around him and it brightens up the room yet she noticed nothing apart from the kiss.He broke off the kiss and caught his breath.Shadows start swirling above them and he knew something bad is going to happen. They were whispering about something and they so close that he could almost touch them.He watched the shadows pass over her face for a moment and he saw the look in her eyes that she knows about the shadows. Moments after that, Nothing,nothing at all...... ~END~ Hahaha really idk whqt to write for ending and overall i think this story is crap >< but i want to ask if i should continue this or not...*Bows*thanks for reading ^~^
