This mistake is so common and I cringe everytime I read these words being used in the wrong context.

THERE: USED TO ESTABLISH A PLACE OR POSITION

EXAMPLE: Baekhyun spotted the nearest restaurant in sight and decided to go there as his stomach was on the verge of eating itself.

THEY'RE: CONTRACTION OF THE TWO WORDS THEY ARE

EXAMPLE: "They're such a lovely couple," I stated as Hyunseung and Hyuna cuddled, gazing upon the night sky.

THEIR: USED TO INDICATE POSSESION

EXAMPLE: "Their things are being thrown out if they don't come by to pick it up tomorrow" Ravi stated bluntly as he kicked the garbage bag down the driveway.

YOUR, YOU'RE:

EXAMPLE: Your grammar is getting quite ridiculous.
