“If I can’t have you, nobody else can have you!” He screamed back and took out a pocketknife. He started to charge at me, aiming for my face. I dodged but he slashed my collarbone.
The pain was taking its effect, the blood was starting to spread. I cried. The mistress came rushing in, with fear shown in her face.
“Oh my!” She came into my aid.
