Sandara also known as Dara  met Kwon Jiyong in college. They've been dating for one and a half semesters already. Dara and Jiyong were in love or so she thought, it was only a one sided love. And one random day he broke up with her, Jiyong told Dara the only reason he ever dated her was out of pity. She was crushed, and stopped eating for one whole week. Dara knew why he broke up with her, it was because she was fat and he was just too embarrassed to be seen with her. Of course he didn't tell her that, but deep down she knew, she knew that, that was the real reason.  

One day Dara was at home sitting on her couch watching '300 Pound Beauty' and realized that she didn't have to live the way she was living anymore. '300 Pound Beauty’; inspired her, she couldn't afford to have plastic surgery and would never do it because it was just too painful, so she did the next best thing. She exercised. Yes she really exercised her off and watched what she ate. One of Dara's good qualities was that she had lots of endurance.  Her endurance when she was exercising paid off because she sweated all her extra weight off her. Dara lost 65 pounds and quickly gained more confidence in herself with her new appearance
