Irregularly Regular
Description
Irregularly
Regular
I stared wide-eyed at the boy who's lying on the floor. His brown locks were sprawled as the white cloth covering his body was hanged loosely. My eyes started searching for any damages, but found none, as if he wasn't lying on thousands of sharp shards of glass in the first place.
It's impossible, but I could feel like this boy... is the broken mirror itself.
Foreword
"What if the reason we can't walk through mirrors is because our reflection is blocking us? What if they're protecting us because they know that the other side is an awful place full of misery and sorrow? But what if you're on the wrong side? What if you're the reflection?"

{Meh. It's my first time entering a story contest, so don't expect anything much.}
