Description
Long ago, when the world knew of the darkness and the beasts that roamed it, there were what was known as the Twelve Forces. These great and noble Forces served as the rulers, the peacekeepers, and the order of the darkness. They governed the night and all its creatures. No one knew of what origin they came from They ruled the Night for centuries…
Until there came the Uprising.
The Twelve Forces were overthrown and the Night was thrown into chaos as it had been before the arrival of the Forces. Then came the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, which brought the end of the Night and the power of the humans. The knowledge of all of the Night’s creatures was cast away from the minds of the humans, and they lived and survived in secrecy.
Now the Forces have returned to once again bring peace and order, reincarnated in the minds, bodies, and spirits of twelve young boys--separated by night and day, brought together by the forces of the Night.
Some of you may have read my original Wolf and Beauty story. If you have, you may have known this was coming. Yes, EXO Drama Ep. 2 is out and flourishing. However, it took a totally different track than my first story.
Ergo, I introduce to you: The Wolf and the Beauty DVS Version (DVS = Drama Video Series)
This version will only be updated as SM releases Episodes. Ergo, it may be subjected to change as episodes are released and I tie different inferences about the plot together, since SM doesn't seem to want to give us a clear explanation. Otherwise... you get another story. Ha. *sarcasm* (Damn SM... -_-")
Also, this means I have to say this: I completely disclaim any plot/character ideas/etc unless I say they are exclusively created by me. Rights and intellectual property belong to SM Entertainment. (But I think you can discern from the synopsis up there that about 85 to 95 % belongs to SM and about 15 to 5 % belongs to me, since SM didn't have the common sense to scrip the videos instead of playing music to promote EXO's albums. *cough*)
Anyway, I will tell you this: for those of you who have read the first version, the name of the girl will stay the same, I will be using Kyungsoo instead of DO, Lay will be Yixing (cause I feel like using his name), and the Force Holder names/titles will stay the same.
The foreword will be posted soon. (it will be the same as the first story's only it may or may not have some slight edits due to "plot change"). Note for Wolf & Beauty #1 readers: that story will contain all scenes from all Drama episodes, however the meaning/intentions of the video may not translate over to the story due to (again) "plot changes/differences".
Foreword
It was daytime, just a few minutes past noon. He stood on the highest point of a stark white building, dressed in a white t-shirt, a black athletic jacket, black jeans and black and white high tops by some uber popular brand he knew nothing about. The wind blew mildly. His mind raced back to that night...
It was freezing in the July nighttime air. Summer was just ending and it had started to rain heavily. He waiting in the steam filled alleyway. Waiting for the leader of his Pack, the Alpha. Word was that he had a job for him. Something important. He had a feeling, a premonition, of what it was.
Why him? Why did he choose him? He was Alpha. He could have chosen anyone to go on this mission for him.
Luhan shook, wishing he were in his wolf state. At least the fur would help to keep out the cold. He curled his hands into fists, willing his body not to shake so violently. His jaw was sore from his teeth chattering together.
Then he sensed him.
“Luhan,” came the low, dangerous voice.
He turned, steam blowing his blonde locks out of his face. His wolf senses heightened and his glowing red eyes made out the Alpha in the pitch black of dark.
“Kris duizhang.”
Kris, tall and practically vibrating with dominance and power--carrying a duffle bag--stopped in front of him. He placed his hand on Luhan’s shoulder and squeezed so hard it hurt. The dragon symbol on his right hand glowed bright blue. Likewise, Luhan’s own symbol glowed in response.
“Remember what I told you?”
“Shi,” he nodded. “I remember.”
“Good. Because it’s time.”
And with that, Kris walked off. “Tell no one of who you really are, or you’ll put us all in danger.”
Still shaking, Luhan walked off in the opposite direction.
