"Appa! Wake up! Wake up!'

"Eun Ae baby... It's still so early..."

"I am excited to meet Omma today."

"Arasso. I'll prepare breakfast."

"Thank you Appa! You are the best!"

Six o' clock in the morning but my little girl is wide awake. Typically, we had our breakfast at around eight in the morning but today is different. Today we will be bavk to the place that reminds me of the woman I hurt and love at the same time.

"Appa! You are spacing again. Hurry up Appa!"

Eun Ae is barely four years old and eversince her 1st birthday, she didn't see her Omma. It pained me to see my little baby in tears every night because her Omma is not with us. It pained me to see her longing for her mom that left us almost three years ago. And now we will go back to Busan to live there for good. Oh God... How I miss that place. The place that has so many memories of her.

"Appa, do you think Omma will be happy to see me?"

"Of course! You are very pretty just like her."

"I love you Appa... I wish I can hear those words from Omma..."

We live in Tokyo for almost three years and I decided that it's time for us to go back to Korea. I don't think I already move on, her lingering memories is still in my mind, heart and soul. Guilt consumes me everyday of my life as if eating my soul away. Up to now, I am still not convinced that she's dead. I knew deep inside me that she's still alive, my Shin Hye... It is impossible for me to wish to see her again. But I want to ask for forgiveness and tell her the three words that I failed to say "I love you".
