Your eyes look directly at the monitor in front of you while your fingers are typing non stop on the keyboard...and listening to the sweet melody with beautiful voices..

Your fingers slowly stop typing as your brain is projecting a familiar face..
That face, that priceless expression..
You smile meaningfully..

You take off your glasses and give a little sigh..
If only you had a little courage to get closer to him when you had the chance..
To say something to him, at least praised his beautiful voice more openly when you had that chance...

"How was it??", he asked enthusiastically to your friends who happened to be his friends as well, after he wrapped up his street performance with his band. He then turned his sight at you in anticipation..
"It was great!!", everyone shouted in an awe and cheerfully.
Everyone..except you..
It was you who only replied him with smile...
Honestly, you wanted to shout out like them too, but you were too shy to do that to a guy whom you just knew..

"You're so quiet! A type of shy girl?", he smiled widely as he said that to you on the next hangout.
Again, you only smiled while watching his glowing smiles.
Quiet.. No...
Actually you wanted to shout out lots of thing to him, praised him with words of how beautiful his voice was and how gifted he was with those talents...
But those words didn't come out properly.. Even until he rarely hung out and finally decided to disband himself from the street performance and participated in a local audition to pursue his dream..

"What? He won the audition??"
Few years after, you received an email saying that, "He's finally debuting!! Gosh, he'll be all famous! Too bad you're not here with us to see his debut stage performance... We miss you.."

You smile as you read it again from the archive folder.

The time to comeback to your hometown finally came and you had to bid farewell to Korea..
The place where you felt like you were a stranded alien at first, but then, that place turned out to be one of the most beautiful place you had ever seen with lots of pleasant memories and friendship..
The place where you could barely able to taste anything you ate, but such taste turned out to be one of the tastiests..

The memory flew to where you were few months ago..

Singing and dancing with all of his heart, having fun cheerfully with the others and waving non stop to all of us, whom they called SHINee World...
SHINee.. Perfect name for those guys who were definitely shining brightly under those spotlights...
There you saw his bright smile again, after so long... but that smile was no longer yours to enjoy..

Yes, you tried to reach him out again but you couldn't..
You finally abled to shout his name out loud, but your voice drowned by the high pitch screaming of that human sea...
Your hand and your voice couldn't reach him no more...

You finally realized such painful reality..
I should've opened up myself a bit more when I had the chance..
I should've tried harder to get to know him better when I had the chance..

Regret always comes later..
You smile once again while looking at the screen saver on your mobile phone..
He's a bright star beyond your reach now..
"I guess I can never reach you like I used to now eh, Kim Jonghyun...", you murmur and smile, "You have finally fulfilled your dreams now.. Jal haessoyo.."

You wear the glasses again and your fingers start typing the keyboard again.
You press the replay button of your mp3 player and again, listen to the song written by Kim Jonghyun, as if it was written only just for you..
