Suzy unconsciously her lips and felt dried; she saw the glass of water in front of her so she smile over brightly at Seung Gi and reach for the water to take a zip, she wants to prove him that the look he gave her has no meaning at all. But why she felt hot suddenly? “Umm…excuse me I just need to go to the washroom” she excuses, standing up and taking her shoulder bag. As soon as she reached inside the washroom, she releases her breath that she was holding and takes a look at her reflection on the mirror. Is there something wrong with her face today? But as far as she can see, her face is blushing red. Damn! She thought, she needs recompose herself otherwise she can’t stay with him in that room for an hour. She takes out her pressed powder and freshens up, and then retouch her lip gloss….but stop herself in midway. Why she would bother, maybe Seung Gi will think that she wanted to look pretty in front of him. She shakes her head and said “No” ************ At the table Seung Gi smiles at himself, he should not make it noticeable in front of her. Women of all kinds and ages throw themselves at him; he never runs out of them wherever he goes, even in New York or Japan. He will just wink at them and women will just follow him around. But Suzy is someone different, she grew up in a nice environment and her family is very nice and prominent. He needs to start a fresh with her and he needs to go back to basic. ************* When she came back from the washroom the food is already serve on the table and Seung Gi already started cooking the beef. “Woah!” she exclaimed, forgetting her manners. Sometimes being hungry makes her crazy. She immediately sat down and pick up her chopstick and recite “thank for the food, I will eat well!” And without further ado she wolf down her food. Completely forgetting him. Seung Gi can’t believe his eyes…….the young lady that he admires a while ago………….is still the young girl that he knew in the past. He laugh at her dismissing all the tension that they have before the food was serve; he was just thinking how she will be comfortable with him, but thank God he doesn’t need to make any extra effort because this is the real Suzy. He can’t help himself again, so he reaches to her hair and ruffle it. “Eat slowly squirt, nobody will take that away from you” he said tenderly. As he eat his food as well, he never had a tasty lunch in his entire life, whenever he is having lunch he’s with client or he is just going to eat sandwich because he is too busy with work. Suzy glanced at him while she is busy chewing her food, and she saw his weird expression, so she took the tong away from him and announce that it’d her turn to cook the she saw a chance to asked him some questions. “So when did you come back here in Korea, Oppa?” when she mention the word Oppa its seems that it’s just so natural for her because that is what she called him long time back. He smiles at her and said “two weeks back, because we just recently opened a branch here in Korea” “Congratulations! You’re really big time now huh?” she said happy and to show her sincerity she wrapped a piece of meat on a lettuce try to feed it to him. “Here, open your mouth Oppa” she said expectantly waiting for him to open his mouth. Seung Gi never once experience someone feed him with food, he felt a little bit uneasy, but then he felt damn good. He obediently open is mouth as she feeds him the wrapped lettuce, he savor the meat and vegetable but after three second he his eyes round like a saucer as he tasted something hot and spicy. He immediately grabbed the water and drinks quickly. “Yah! What did you put in this wrapped? He demanded. But Suzy’s shoulder rock in laughter, “Of course a piece of hot chili Oppa!” “WHAT!” “Oppa don’t be a wuss, you’re a Korean and we Korean loves spicy food!” “Oh really?” his eyes seems to twinkle mischievously, as he put a piece of hot pepper and meat into a lettuce then wrapped it and feed it to her. “Here eat this!” he said feeding the wrapped to her. She opened and eats whatever he feed her. “I’m not a sissy like you Oppa.” She said between bites, her eyes water with spiciness but she still manage to finish the wrapped without drinking water. Seung Gi’s expression while watching her chew the lettuce wrap feels like he is the one eating the spicy food. “Oppa!” she said realizing that she has no more water in her cup. “WATER!” Seung Gi quickly gave his cup as he lean over to help her drink water, and when she is done drinking, both of them stare at each other for two seconds and burst into laughter. ***************** When they’re having lunch Seung Gi clear the issue on the unfortunate day that occur five years back before they lost communication to each other. He promised that they will go mountain climbing together, as Suzy’s reward for winning her first photo contest. She was very excited on that day, even her outfit was planned a week before. As a matter of fact her whole family is excited for her. They like Seung Gi because of his personality and honestly. But on that day he never came up. Suzy was waiting for him at the feet of the mountain, they agree that they’re just going to meet there, and she waited in cold weather for two hours but he never came up……nor never SMS nor call her. She tried to call him but his phone was off. After thirty minutes her dad came up to pick her up, she even asked her dad to go to his uncle’s place maybe there will know what happened to him, because at that moment Suzy is getting negative vibe that something bad must have occur to him. But when they reach there no one was home only the neighbor said the owner of the house when to the airport to drophis nephew. Suzy cannot believe that he never say good bye to her, but she told herself that he will call them next day…….but he never did, Suzy waited the following day; and waited for a week and a month has pass until she finally realize that has no intention of calling her or her family. So Suzy take all out his pictures on her wall inside her room and neatly file up inside a box and told herself that where ever he is he must have a happy life……………… But that is completely opposite because on that day Mr. Song Min Hee had sudden heart attack and he died on the spot, actually he left all of his inheritance and company to his trusted friend and almost son Lee Seung Gi. His attorney brought up all the legal documents he needs to sign all papers, Seung Gi never knew that he will do that to him. Mr. Song left him a huge responsibility to the point that at the first three months because of the company’s problem he never had a decent sleep and he irons all the dilemma of the company and on the top of that he is still taking his masters. Actually at this moment Seung Gi doesn’t want their lunch date to be over yet. If he could stop the time he will so he can stay with her a little bit longer. He never been genuinely happy in his entire life, even he has a great career he never felt this way before. “When I’m going to see all the pictures?” he diverted the topic. “I’m going to start photoshoping tonight so maybe a day or two it will be done.” She said “Don’t forget to give me a copy ok?” he said excitedly. “Oh really?” her eyebrow shots up, “ The CEO of CyberZone? wanting to have a copy of his own photo?” she teased, “Ok it’s done” she assured him. But as a matter of fact Seung Gi just wanted an excuse to see her again. “So what is your number?” he asked. “Give me your phone Oppa,” she said, as he reached inside his suit and take out his private iphone. He unlocked the code and let Suzy punch her number then miss call her number so she will have a record of his number. “Let’s go back to the car, you said you have a class at 5PM right?” he said “Ah, yes” she said with a regretful smile, she still want to stay longer with him. But she made up her mind; soon he will be back to New York and probably will forget about her. “It’s alright Oppa, I will just take taxi going back to the studio to get my car. It will be inconvenient for you, I think you still have prior engagement” Suzy overheard a while ago that he cancelled his 3 pm appointment with a client, so she doesn’t want to be a burden to him anymore. “Are you sure you can manage?” he asked for the last time. “Yes of course Oppa, just take care.” She wave her hand to a taxi approaching her and when it stopped and in front of her, Seung Gi opened the door for her. She went inside and Sueng Gi finally tousles her bangs. “Take care squirt!” “Bye and thank you for the lunch” she ends. Sueng Gi watches the cab disappear from his sight as he releases heavy breath with a heavy heart, but smiles as soon as he saw his iphone, at least I got her number!
