No one's POV: 

"So how did trick or treating go for you?" Bongcha asked the next evening 
"Really good, we managed to get a load of sweets...Chanyeol got a bit overexcited and I tihkn he'll be sick by the end of the night" Kyungsoo replied and Bongcha smiled 
"Want to swap some sweets?" she asked and Kyungsoo nodded
"Of course" he replied and the two of them satby their windows passing sweets across from each other before settling into their sweets and having a general conversation. 

"So you went as Dracula... what did the others go as?" Bongcha asked and Kyungsoo smiled
"Oh you would have laughed at the ideas some of them had" he began before sitting up
"Chanyeol went as the joker, Sehun went as the devil... suited him... Baekhyun said he was trying to go as a Greek God but it just didn't suit him, Jongin went as the Phantom of the Opera and Joonmyun went as a werewolf" he finished and Bongcha nodded
"What ideas did they come up with originally?" she asked 
"Well, Sehun tried to go as a gangster rapper but his mum didn't let him because she thought people would actually think he was a gangster and Chanyeol's sister tried to get him to go as a pimp... the funniest thing about that was until his mum explained to him what a pimp was, Chanyeol had no idea and really wanted to go" Kyungsoo replied and Bogncha paused for a second before laughing. 

"I'm imagining him dressed as a pimp... oh man" she said and began laughing even more, this time Kyungsoo joining in with the laughing 
"Trust me if he did take a picture, I would be there camera ready" he replied as the two of them calmed down
"So did you manage to talk to Joonmyun about the cuts?" Bongcha asked and took Kyungsoo's silence as a no 
"Why not?" she asked
"Because I haven't had the chance these past few days to get him and have a private word... plus right now he thinks Jongin hates him so I've had to talk to  Jongin about it... yeah I've basically been counsellor Kyungsoo" he replied and Bongcha smirked.

"Or maybe he's jealous" she said and Kyungsoo shot her a glance 
"Why would he be jealous?" he asked 
"Because you're focusing all your attention onto Joonmyun instead of him" Bongcha replied 
"Well then Jongin is pretty immature for thinking that" Kyungsoo replied and Bongcha shrugged her shoulders 
"Only what I think" she replied and  Kyungsoo sighed 
"Jongin isn't the type to be jealous though... and why would he be jealous of Joonmyun taking attention away? He's not even with us half the time" he said.

"Maybe it's because you guys have been friends for so long that he's not use to you spending so much time with other people" Bongcha said 
"He's alright with Chanyeol and Sehun!" Kyungsoo exclaimed and Bongcha shrugged her shoulders, at a loss of what to say 
"You guys have been friends for a while haven't you?" she asked 
"Since we were four years old" Kyungsoo replied and Bongcha's eyes widened 
"Wow" she muttered and Kyungsoo nodded.

*flashback*

"Come on Kyunggie you'll be fine" his mum said as Kyungsoo looked up at her with wide eyes 
"But mummy what if the others don't like me?" he asked as his mum sighed and bent down so she was eye to eye with him 
"Just be yourself and eventually they'll like you. Nursery school allows you to make new friends and I can see you having a big group of friends one day" she replied and Kyungsoo sighed 
"So if I'm myself... people will like me?" he asked and his mum nodded
"I'm sure of it" she replied as the teacher walked out into the hall and smiled when she saw Kyungsoo.

"You must be Do Kyungsoo" she said happily as said boy his behind his mum 
"He's a bit shy" she said and the teacher laughed 
"Don't worry, most of the kids in the class right now are just the same" she said and crouched down to face Kyungsoo 
"Want to come with me and meet your new class mates?" she asked, holding out a hand. When Kyungsoo looked up to his mum and saw her nodding at him, he reached out and took his teachers hand 
"Bye mummy" was the last thing he said as he was led into the classroom and led to his seat whilst the teacher went to settle everyone else down. 

Looking around his new class, Kyungsoo began to get nervous, already the other kids in his class were talking to each other and sitting down next to their new friends... meanwhile for him he was sat by himself and began getting scared that nobody was going to talk to him at all 
"Hi" a voice said suddenly next to him making him jump. When Kyungsoo turned to look at the person who had said 'hi' to him, he saw a boy with slightly darker skin than his sitting next to him smiling 
"I'm Jongin" the boy added 
"K-kyungsoo" Kyungsoo replied silently. 

"Wan't to be my friend?" Jongin asked and Kyungsoo's eyes widened 
"R-really?" he asked and Jongin nodded 
"Okay" he muttered and then jumped when Jongin hugged him.

"How come your colouring in looks better than mine?" Jongin asked with a pout 
"I'm in the lines" Kyungsoo replied, his tongue sticking out due to concentration so he didn't go out of the lines whilst Jongin huffed and grabbed a new sheet. As he did so, he watched how Kyungsoo held his crayons and how slowly and carefully he was going. Soon he started to copy exactly what Kyungsoo is doing and though it's slow and his hand begins to hurt... he's actually staying in the lines
"Hm?" Kyungsoo asks when he feels Jongin poking his shoulder
"I'm staying in the lines" he replies happily, holding up his 'masterpeice' which makes Kyungsoo smile.

........

"Mummy, mummy, mummy" Jongin said as he came running over to his mum, pulling Kyungsoo with him 
"Mummy I made a new friend" he said as the woman in front of them smiles
"Ah hello dear" she says and Kyungsoo's gaze falls to the floor as he waves back to Jongin's mum 
"He's a bit shy" Jongin whispered and hears his mum laugh whilst Kyungsoo blushes 
"Kyunggie" come a voice he knows all to well as he looks over to see his mum looking for him. 

"I'll see you tomorrow" he said and waved to Jongin who waved back and Kyungsoo ran over to his mum 
"I made a new friend" he said as his mum smiled
"Who?" she asks and Kyungsoo points over to Jongin who is walking out, bouncing up and down on the ground as he tells his mum about his day 
"He looks like a nice boy" his mum says and Kyungsoo nods in agreement as they make their way out. 

*end of flashback*

"Come on Joonmyun or you'll be late" said boys mum said Monday morning as Joonmyun quickly put the bandages back in the cupboard 
"C-coming" he called from the bathroom and pulled his jumper sleeve down before exiting the room and grabbing his schoolbag 
"Ready to go?" his mum asked and Joonmyun nodded before they made their way to the car. The ride to school was silent, any conversation made was small talk and every so often, if his mum hadn't been paying attention to the road, she would see Joonmyun wince in pain and hold his arm. The stinging pain wasn't going away and when Joonmyun slowly pulled his sleeve up, he could swear he saw red seeping through the bandage. 

Okay, let me apologise for not updating AT ALL yesterday... but other stuff happened and yeah... I'm sorry!!

The next chapter... will Kyungsoo or someone else finally find out what's going on with Joonmyun? 
Plus, the character I dropped into the last chapter... he's Chinese but won't be coming until after the New Year... so I'm afraid you'll have to wait for that my dears!
