“Will you… Marry—go… round with me?”

“I am here with you, Hae. We’re now inside the merry-go-round, right?”

“No—I… I mean…”

“What is it, Hae?”

“Will you… marry… me?”

“A-are you sure?”

“Right, Hyukkie. Of all the replies to a proposal, yours is the strangest.” Donghae pouts.

“Because you’re asking me to merry-go-round with you and yet you’re asking me to marry you too!”

“But I was… I was just—“

Eunhyuk chuckled, “Silly. I think I already answered your question, Hae. I think when we’re still kids?” Eunhyuk then wink at Donghae.

“What? But I didn’t finished saying the magic word that time. Because… because—“

“I cried? Yes. I cried because my tooth really hurts that time. But I didn’t throw the ring, Hae. It’s still in my cabinet.”

“Really?”

“Yes, Hae. And that also means… I will Marry-Go-Round with you too.”

And Donghae slid the silver ring in Euhyuk’s ring finger.

“Throw the plastic ring, Hyukkie. You’re wearing a real ring right now.”

“Yeah, I thought you’ll let me eat this again.”

And they both chuckled.

“It was Siwon’s idea. But since he’s not that close to girls, I asked Heechul Hyung’s idea too. And he was right.”

“Right about what, Hae?”

“That instead of saying Merry-go-round, I’ll say, marry-go-round. Isn’t he a genius?”
