The MCA, which stands for Mythical Creatures Agency, has been dedicated to keeping mankind safe from the danger of Mythical Creatures. For over a century, MCA has been producing heavily trained agents as bounty hunters to assassinate and kill without mercy. It is an agency that remains a secret to the public even in 2124.
Without any knowledge about Mythical Creatures, mankind has been living amongst them for over a millennium. They could be close friends, a next-door neighbor, a classmate, a teacher, a relative, that beggar across the street from the mall, or a major leader in society. Their identity is absolutely unknown.
MCA agents were trained to track these Mythical Creatures, harmless or not, and kill them or arrest them for confinement. These agents were handpicked from young and brought into the agency in exchange for money to their parents. From then, they were trained in the ways of the bounty hunter and disciplined til emotionless.
However, twelve agents, the best in the field, broke a rule. An important rule that would get them killed and punished. They were together from young, always told that they had to conceal their emotions and kill with no mercy and that harmless or not, they still committed a crime being born into the world.
Twelve agents thought to be trained to the core and disciplined enough. Twelve agents respected in the agency. Twelve agents said to be emotionless and uncaring. Twelve agents known to be ruthless and efficient in their missions.
Twelve agents, who fell for their twelve targets, broke one rule that caused their career to spiral down the drain.
They fell in love.

Foreword
In the year 2124, natural selection and evolution has allowed mankind to gain powers. Mankind was no longer normal humans. They were equipped with one power to protect and utilize. The MCA inducts special children with powers to train as their agents from young.
Twelve agents, known as EXO in the MCA, were their best batch. They were full-time seasoned agents and ruthless with their killing. However, when twelve agents were assigned a personal mission to take out twelve individual extremely dangerous Mythical Creatures, they never knew that they’d change so much and they’d never knew that they would break the most important MCA rule: An agent must never fall in love.
