In a land faraway exists a small village that practices religious rituals of sacrifice for their deity to feed on. Every year during the summer solstice a young girl will be chosen to be sacrificed at the altar. This summer the daughter of the village chief's brother, Namjoo, is chosen to be sacrificed. Before the sacrificial ceremony Namjoo has continuous dreams of a visit from an unknown man who is actually the deity in disguise. Without knowledge the village deity has already fallen in love with the girl to be sacrificed. The fate of the village will lie in Namjoo's hands when the deity refuses to take her dead.
