You can't really force yourself to be taller. As a high schooler, I'm pretty short as well. I'm 158 cm by the way, and I do get teased a lot and everyone seems like they're towering over me.
But here are some exercises I try when I want my legs to stretch.
1: Weight Ankle Lifts
Sit on the bed and attach some weights to your ankles. (Click here for the picture of ankle weights) Lift you leg off the floor and make your leg straight, 180 degrees. Repeat this step for both legs at least 20 times.
2: Hanging
Actually, I read in a magazine that strapping yourself upside down and hanging is the best way to "force" yourself to grow. Just attach your self to something and hang upside down or just hang upside down on a bar on the playground.
Luckily with fashion, you can always make you legs look longer.
1: Short shorts
The more skin for this, the better. Usually, I buy some lose fit shorts so my thighs will look thinner and also my legs would look longer.
