[ Meet the Characters ]
Wu Ying Jie aka Gui Gui - 24 ; she's the smarter one out of the two. Unlike Aaron, she understands the human nature and can predict what can happen out of intuition. She plans out the traps and is somewhat trained in psycology. Gui's goal was to become a policewoman ever since she was in middle school.
Aaron Yan - 25 ; the more athletic one out of the two. He's short-tempered and agressive because of some past events, which is why he's unsocial in a sense. Aaron's bothered by Gui's easy nature and thinks that she's not fit to be a policewoman unless she toughens up. His three best friends also work in the police/forensic department.
[ Prologue ]
2 PM ; Sunday
24-year-old Wu Ying Jie - otherwise known as Gui Gui- glanced at a 6" x 4" photograph of a large building. She was close - in only a matter of minutes, she'd be the new member of Taipei Metropolitan Police Department's new and improved Unit 6. It's been nearly 5 years and she's finally reached her goal of being a policewoman.
Gui looked up from the photo, took in a deep breath, placed a lopsided grin on her face, and began walking. However, after only 6 steps, a glint of orange and red caught the corner of her eye. The relaxing silence was suddenly replaced by a series of screams.
Gui Gui jerked around and what she saw what would forever be stuck in her memory.
A man wearing a brown trenchcoat and hat had suddenly erupted into a fit of flames, and bystanders watched as he struggled to extinguish the fire.
Then the worst came.
The man dropped to the ground.
And he became still - still like the dead.
