I met the most amazing man.
On a sanity-scale of one to ten (one being 'normal' and ten being 'absolutely car-razy'), I've been told that I hit a solid sixty-nine when I tell my story. I have to admit, my experience of finding true love isn't a typical romantic love story. It involves dogs, weddings, eleven of the worst online-dating experiences and a small bakery in the sweet city of Seoul. Unfortunately, I did not get my straightforward "man-meets-woman and they live happily ever after" fairytale - but, because the wide-eyed, adorable hairstylist who lives down the road happened to be the goal, I would go through my story a million times over just to get Do Kyungsoo.
So, cue the romantic music and roll the opening credits:
My name is Kim Jongin and I'm about to tell you the steps to Do Kyungsoo.
Foreword
Hi, I'm Kai. I'm just your average tall, dark and handsome hero.
This is the mysterious guest that I met at my best friend's wedding last night. He never told me his name and I never got his number. Instead, he gave me my most precious memory.
We both agreed to have the night of our lives in exchange for never meeting each other again. That way, our perfect time together wouldn't ever be tainted. At the time, it seemed like a faultless plan. But there was only one flaw:
Afterwards, I wanted to see him again.
With absolutely no way of contacting him, I thought that finding him would be the most difficult thing to do. I was close to giving up at the half-way mark. In the end, it only took me a couple of steps to find that special, mysterious wedding-guest.
Well, a couple of excruciating and embarrassing steps.
