Jonghyun was used to being the wallflower, the shadow at the back of the room, it had become second nature to him. Not being noticed didn't even bother him anymore, there was only one thing that mattered.
As long as he could see that boy, observe him from a distance, he would greatly stay in the back as long as time allowed him to.

He was getting tired of his own boring life, dance and school, it was a never-ending cycle. Kim Kibum dreamed of change, of excitement.
That was before he began to feel an overwhelming feeling that he was constantly missing something, looking over some important face recurring in the blurred chaos of a crowd. Like a nagging feeling in the back of his brain, he just couldn't place it... almost like there was someone there. And that excitement he had dreamt of? It was coming from a direction he had never imagined. What he was doing, it just felt so wrong.

Foreword
Hello, Amaya here! ^^
Just as a preface, there are two people who run this account, Arrow and I! Both of us will be writing in the A/N and stuff, so we'll make sure to specify who we are as to not confuse any of you.
Anyways, thank you to any of you who have stumbled across this little fic and decided you would like to read it! I can't believe Arrow convinced me to do this, I wasn't going to post this originally but she finally got me to do it so there's no backing out now I guess.
This will be my first ever fanfic, so I'm sorry if it's not very good! We'll see how it goes. :3 Please tell me if you guys like it or not!
Anyways, the story was written by me and edited by Arrow. Sometimes we would discuss important turns in the plot later on in the story and things like that, so some of those ideas may have been from her or both of us, not me alone, though I did put it into words.
