Previously on My Brother's Best Friend

 

 

"OMG! SOOYOUNG!! WE ARE HAVING A PROM!!" 

 

"Sooyoung. Will you go to the prom with me?"

 

"HongKi. Will you go to the prom with me?" 

 

"If you want to ask me out to the prom, I am already going with HongKi." I grabbed his hand and held it.

I stared blankly at my wardrobe.

 

"what to wear?" 

 

I ruffled my hair in stress. 

 

"Wait! I know what I am going to wear!" 

 

I ran to my wardrobe and tried to find it.

"MINHO! I KNOW WHAT IM WEARING TONIGHT!!"

 

I ran down stairs and showed him. 

 

"That? Dont you think you should wear something a little bit more ... "

 

"Psshhttt! Shut up. What are you wearing?"

 

"Im not going. I cant find a date."

 

I bursted out laughing. 

 

"You cant find a date? Why dont you ask out Jessica?" I winked at him. 

 

"YAH! Shut up." He blushed. 

 

I got my phone out and called her. "Sica, do you want to go to the prom with Minho?"

I looked at myself in the mirror. "Its time." I smiled. 

 

I came out of my room, hearing the girls. 

 

"Shh. here she comes." Everyone was staring at the stairs, waiting for me to come. 

 

I walked infront of the stairs and smiled. 

 

My friends clapped and I looked at JongHyun. He was obviously going with TaeYeon.

 

*Where is HongKi?* I asked myself. 

 

knock knock knock. 

 

"I will get it." 

 

Sunny opened the door and saw HongKi.

 

"Im here for Sooyoung."

 

"HONGKI!" I ran up to him and hugged him.

---5 Minutes later---

"HongKi. You look amazing." I smiled.

 

"So do you." 

 

We reached the hall and I felt happy. 

 

Everyone did the usual prom stuff. 

 

Everyone was dancing and having fun.

 

"Sooyoung! Dance with us!" 

 

I looked at HongKi and danced with my best friend.

She is so cute.

 

I want to save the last dance for her.

"Sooyoung. Do you want to come outside with me?" 

 

I nodded. "Okay."

 

He took my hand and lead me outside. 

 

We walked to this bench and sat on it.

 

"Why did you bring me out here?" 

 

He sighed. I could see JongHyun at the corner of my eye.

He took my hand . "Sooyoung."

 

"I want this night to be perfect." I said before he said anything.

 

"I have a confession to make." we both said at the same time.

 

I laughed. "You first." I smiled.

 

"My confession is that I want you to be my girlfriend."

 

I almost teared up.  

 

"HongKi. I just came off a harsh breakup with my brother's best friend. We only just met a few days ago. How can I be your girlfriend when you just came here a few days ago? Mianhae. My heart ... it belongs to someone else. It might be broken now, but only if he apoligizes, it will be fixed. Mianhae." I touched his hands and walked off. 

 

"Sooyoung. If he hurts you again, I will save you." 

 

I cried. 

 

This has been the worst prom night ever V_V
