Barcode

Description

The price of sacrifice can never be refunded. When Lee Jinki faces the shadow of his past, can he change its broken image of that time or will the present and near future be ruined forever?

Foreword

It nearly choked him.

His chest felt full and heavy, like his entire being wanted to curl around his heart.

Jinki knelt down on the wet asphalt. There were nuts and bolts everywhere, how was he even--.

A small groan escaped the figure and dark, ashen lids parted to reveal clouded chocolate orbs. They trained on Jinki's hand and followed it to land on his mouth. The young man folded them in, suddenly self-aware in front of the half conscious male in the middle of the parking lot.

But before those eyes could find purchase on Jinki's face, they rolled up until they were completely white.

Jinki's eyes widened, scrambling to gather the limp body in his arms, leaving the scattered parts for later, all the while keeping sights on the barcode etched along the other man's spine.

"Please don't die on me, Jonghyun," he whispered fervently. "Don't you dare die on me."

That's unfortunate that you are discontinuing this. T_T It sounded quite interesting in your foreword and description. Sad days.

But perhaps your muse will be kinder in the future. Or it will allow you to focus on other works for the time being. Good luck either way! <3
