Chapter 19

Sulli felt a bit irritated. GD is offering her a job. So why is Minho interfering and saying he’s going to find someone else to be GD’s Personal Assistant?

“I’m actually looking for a job.” Said Sulli

“I can find you a job.” Said Minho

That surprised GD even more…First, the VP is going to personally get him  a PA. And then now he’s going to find a job for Sulli? Tsk…something felt really odd here…

“VP…are you sure you just passed by?” asked GD

“Yeah.” Said Minho

GD is not convinced.

“I need the PA tomorrow.” Said GD

“I’ll make sure Ralph sends someone tomorrow.” said Minho

“Hmm…there’s really something odd…he'll go through all this trouble?” thought GD

“As for you…Go to my office. No later than 11:30AM.” Said Minho

“For a job?” asked Sulli

“Yeah.” Said Minho

“11:30AM…a meeting intended to overflow to lunch…Hmmm….Is VP intending to have a lunch date with Sulli?” thought GD

“No…I don’t think it’s good for me to work for TC…No…” said Sulli

“Why?” asked Minho

Sulli is irritated. Does she have to say it explicitly that she can’t work anywhere near Minho? She just confessed her feelings the other day right? She can’t be near him at all. His very presence makes her mind go crazy.

“I just don’t think it’s good to work there. I’ll find a job soon.” Said Sulli

“ If you work for Ji Yong, you will end up in TC often too.” Said Minho

So even if she works for GD…she’ll end up seeing Minho frequently still…not a good idea…

Minho saw Sulli thinking….Did he successfully pulled Sulli away from being GD’s PA?

“Ahh….Is it possible that…no…VP has a girlfriend…and I heard the girlfriend is a great beauty. But why do I feel like he’s acting this way because of Sulli?” GD thought. “Does VP like Sulli? If he does…then he’s putting Sulli in a bad situation.”

“I can find you a job.” Said GD “It’s ok if you don’t become my PA. But my family has businesses. And I am sure I can find you a job.”

That irritated Minho. Why can’t this guy just back off.

“Really?!” asked Sulli. Sulli is seeing hope.

“Tell me what do you like to do?” asked GD

“I…wasn’t able to enter University…So I can’t do office job or something…but…But I can definitely do manual work really well.” Said Sulli

Minho felt like a thorn suddenly pierced his heart…Sulli wasn’t able to get into College…That’s why she’s struggling…that’s why she ended up in odd jobs.

“Well then…We have café. You can be a barrista. You can also wait tables in our restaurant. Or you can also be a cashier in out clothing store.” Said GD

Wow…he’s rich? He doesn’t look rich,  thought Sulli

“Another option would be… to be the mother of my future children!” GD said this so passionately that Sulli had to hold on to Minho in shock.

Minho had it with Ji Yong. His patience is drained.

“Stop it, Ji Yong. I’ll find a job for her.” Said Minho

“No…No Mr. Minho…I can’t accept a job from you. What you did for Kevin is already too much.” Said Sulli

Minho felt punches in his chest. She’s pushing him away.

“I’ll be happy to try the jobs you mentioned. Can you tell me where I should go to apply?” asked Sulli towards GD.

That made GD feel really good. He felt really nice that Sulli is relying on him.

“I’ll contact some people. I’ll call you once I have the details.” Said GD

“Call me? You know my number?” asked Sulli

“Yeah…I have my ways.” Said GD smiling

“Ummm VP.” Said GD

“What?” Minho is irritated

“I am planning to court Sulli. I would like her to be my girlfriend. Will that be a problem?” asked GD

That is the bomb!

In Sulli’s mind, she sees everything flying away like matrix…

What is this guy saying?!

“Focus on your job first. You just created a scandal. We can’t afford another one.” Said Minho

“Since I met her…I couldn’t focus anymore…I’ve been thinking about her nonstop. So…Can I court her already so that I can finally be free from this called Longing?” said GD

“Stop saying Nonsense.” Said Minho

Sulli is confused. Are they really talking about her?

“Ahh….But I’m serious.” Said GD

“Go to your appointment Ji Yong.” Said Minho

“We can go back together to TC, VP.” Said GD
