Narrator POV

  ‘’ You want baby?’’

Young Mi become speechless after listen to the question.

  ‘’ Mi? I’m talking to you.’’

  ‘’ B..baby?’’

  ‘’ Yupp.. our own baby.’’

  ‘’ Who said I want baby with you? Huh?’’

  ‘’ Then why we married?’’

His voices became panic.

  ‘’ Because of the family.’’

  ‘’ But… they want grandchild right. From us, that’s why we get married.’’

  ‘’ Huh? My parents did not say like that.’’ She replied.

  ‘’ My parent said so.’’

She shrugged and stands.

  ‘’ I don’t know.’’

She walks away left Sunggyu on the bench. He follows her from behind.

  ‘’ You want our children to follow me or your appearance?’’

  ‘’ You ask me?’’

  ‘’ Yes, Mi.’’

  ‘’ I prefer they have my eyes.’’ She giggles.

  ‘’ What?’’ Sunggyu frown.

  ‘’ And I don’t want them to be called as grandpa and grandma.’’

  ‘’ You mock me?’’

Young Mi turned and sticking out her tounge.

  ‘’ Mi.’’ Sunggyu enlarge his eyes.

She laughs and run away from him. He chases her. When he close to her, he grab her waist from back and it make Young Mi stop from run away.

  ‘’ I got you.’’

Young Mi turn facing him. Their eyes meet, she stop laughing. Everything around them like paused for a moment, they are speechless. Their eyes did not blink even per second looked at each other. Without realizing Sunggyu bringing his face close to Young Mi, getting close. Their lips almost touched.

HONK..HONK..

Horn sounds of the vehicle surprise them. Young Mi eyes widened, she quickly distanced herself from Sunggyu. Sunggyu cleared his throat and Young Mi look down with shame.

  ‘’ We… we should go home now. It getting dark.’’ He said.

Young Mi nodded and quickly turn around to walk but Sunggyu grab her hand.

  ‘’ Let’s walk….together.’’ He smiles sweetly to her.

They walk hand in hand to their house.

??? POV

I punched a tree near me.

  ‘’ If I cannot have you, no one can have you.’’

I took out my phone from my jacket pocket. I dial his number.

  ‘’ I need you. Let’s meet at the usual place.’’

With that, I end the call. I rush to my car and drive away from my hiding place.
