Greetings all! My dearest ID fans/readers, I hope you've all been doing well! It sure has been a while huh?

First off, Vel and I extend our sincerest apologies for being silent for such a long time. We've both been busy with our personal lives (studies, building careers etc.) that we couldn't really find the time to write for the past years. We're really sorry to have kept you waiting, and without a word for so long.

And we're even more sorry to break this news to you, especially when you're finally hearing from us again.

So here goes - after much contemplation, Vel and I have decided ...

We will not be writing this GDxCL fic anymore. 

Vel and I spent hours talking about this, and in the end, we came to this decision to discontinue this fic. We're writing this announcement now because we felt that we still owe it to you guys for all the support you've been giving us since this fic was first posted. Your heartwarming comments, your enthusiasm whenever a new chapter is posted and how you keep coming back and re-reading the chapters - we are honestly touched by how much love Ice & Dice received in the last few years. 

Your feelings for this fic will forever be buried within the depths of our hearts. We sincerely thank you for sticking with us all this while.

Despite our sadness of ending this now, we would like to also share a piece of 'good news' with you.

We're immensely excited to announce:

"Ice & Dice" will be rewritten as an original trilogy. 

With a new line of rich characters, a stronger gripping plot (at least we hope so haha), and improved writing.

Gotcha? hahaha. So there, that's the good news. "Ice & Dice" will not be gone forever; it'll be going through a whole "revamp" before we present it to you again. Vel and I have both formed a strong attachment to "Ice & Dice" so we can't let it go just like that (especially when we have practically the whole plot mapped out).

Vel and I will be penning the new Ice & Dice together, and yes, you've guessed it - Yes, we are planning to publish this. As to 'when', there is no definite timeline yet. Perhaps once we've got at least the first book done and groundwork for the remaining two finalised? We'll see :)

I won't reveal much but once this trilogy is officially ready and available for you guys to read again - I'll only say this:

If you are in love with what you're reading here now - you haven't seen anything yet. There is so much more ;)
