The doorbell rang. Thinking that Seungho was home, Jiyoon happily ran to the door. But to her surprise, it was Sungkyu, heavily drenched out in the rain.

"What do you want?' she asked coldly. She still can remember the pain of him leaving her at the altar. Though years has passed but to Jiyoon, the pain struck her as though it was just yesterday.

"Can we talk?' he asked.

Left with little choice, Jiyoon nodded and invited him in. She fetched a large towel for him to dry himself out. She also made coffee for him.

"I miss your coffee badly...arhhh....the taste is just the way I like it," he told her, taking a sip.

"I'm sure you don't just come here to compliment me on the coffee that I make,"she said dryly.

"I.....I miss you.....miss you very badly,' Sungkyu spoke after a moment of silence.

The words hit her like the lightning outside.

"I regret for the things that I've done. I-"

'Save it,"Jiyoon said harshly, closinh her eyes and taking a deep breath. "What is past, is a past. No use talking about it again. It brings nothing but pain."
