how it works.

It's actually pretty simple.  So, everyone starts off as a trainee.  There will be weekly assignments posted on the weekly assignments page for each trainee to do, depending on their specialty.  Every month, there will be an audition to become in a group.  For the audition, you will PM a link to a video that shows your talent to the CEO.  It is possible for none of the people who auditioned to be selected.  When you do debut, you will be given separate assignments than the ones for the trainees.  They will also be listed on the weekly assignments board, but the assignments will be daily, not weekly.  the.  end.
