"caramel macchiato please" Kyuhyun ordered at the waitress lazily flopping at his seat near the window with hands on his pockets, he sighed grudgingly. Indie music was playing, the reason why he loved the place, with just enough volume and the sun that was facing him making his muscles relaxed at the tempo in addition of the sunrays . He was actually a regular customer in which the owner didn't even mind because first of all, he's a friend, a colleague to be exact. Anyway, Kyuhyun can't believe what he just told his son, it was making him pre-occupied which is very unlikely of him. And the last thing he wanted to do is to settle his mind from all that's been happening lately, a cup of coffee wouldn't hurt, would it? placing his order at the table, thanking the waitress.

Minutes turned to hours, and Kyuhyun was beyond immune to the sound of bell clacking at the door when a customer decided to go in or out. Tuning it out, he was practically bored and not to mention that he doesn't know what to say next to his son. Closing eyes for a moment, he decided to enjoy himself first at the cafe which people doesn't know any of him not even bothering to say hi or hello to him, it was very calming.

"Kyu-- Kyuhyun" a voice came out from someone's mouth making the latter that was sitting infront, that was sleeping soundlessly to snap his eyes. Shocked, anger and longing boiled into his body, he doesn't know what to do, avoiding to raise his head because of what god knows will happen, it was making him anxious and at the same time fear was creeping out in his heart. Hell! he wanted to run, run as fast as he could, far from the situation, god why must it happen all the same time when he only wants to tell his son about his mother. Is this some kind of compiracy? he frowned at the thought. Keeping his cool acts, Kyuhyun stood up looking at those black velvet eyes for a second before averting his eyes and nodding at the person

"Sungmin" he finally said. After how many years of not saying it loud of that name, he realized that it came out with pure coldness and bitterness, how can you not blame him?

"that's two! You're being so unfair uncle Hee" Sandeul blurted out with smudge of icecream on his mouth, he straightened up, leaning forward with his feet on the chair "so.. What's the business?" he asked, while lazily his icecream. Heechul sighed while seeing at the kid with so much knowledge on his brain, thinking of how can his parents didn't gave him such ability but it would be too boring for him to have that

"do you or do you not want to see your mother?" he replied

The latter couldn't believe what he have just heard, gaping dramaically with hands covering his mouth. "are you or are you not kidding me on this one, uncle Hee?" he said wittingly "because, don't you dare bring that topic up, for i am so sensitive with my 'mother' right now, i hate him! and yes, before you ask, dad told me everything just this morning well, not everything but still! ugh" he continued quoting and emphasizing some of the words without even choking. Sandeul crossed his arms and pouted. It was Heechul turn to be appalled of the kid's retort, and by this kind of conversation how he wish that everything would fall into its right place.

"My dear, do you think that this handsome gorgeous and serious face would be joking and lurking around with you? because you know i wouldn't waste my precious time that should instead be my working hours, right?"

Sandeul smirked, "oh please uncle, we both know that i am the definition of handsome slash gorgeous face" pointing his index finger at Heechul "and that face of yours, can be so decieving that i'm afraid i could fall for what god knows you're planning and i am nooooot going too risk it and that's final" he nodded proudly.
