Each day, Sunggyu would pass the bakery to inconspicuously glance at that particular person through the glass display.  Sometimes he'd succeed - the fleeting glimpse would implant itself in his mind and gradually fade as the day progressed.  But he usually didn't.

Sunggyu decided it was probably because of his eyes.  The reason being their size.  And when he fails to see the baker, he has no choice but to continue walking.

He'd tell himself that if his eyes were bigger, he would definitely walk into that store without hesitation.  That's silly, Hoya had said, but even so, Sunggyu blamed his low self-esteem on that. However, in reality, there were numerous aspects of himself that he found less than satisfactory, but he did not want to acknowledge that.  And so, every day, he'd just walk in front of that window.

Because no one would find a passerby on a sidewalk out of the ordinary.

Because for once he could be happy to go unnoticed.

Because there, he could see him.
