She raised a brow victoriously at him. “Your eyes just betrayed you. And that smile isn’t helping.” She smirked, “you’re probably jobless and chased out of your house. I’ve seen so many like you who came in acting all rich and powerful.” She rolled her eyes and then continued her way down.

He stood there in shock for a second or two before he span around, “well, then I will make sure you join me in my jobless status!”

She didn’t turn around this time, but raised her hand over her shoulder and erected her middle finger.

“Don’t you think we deserve better?” he commented in a serious tone.

She stopped in her track.

“Why are we being treated like trash just because we wish to be ourselves and not some stupid mimicking parrot.” He snapped in frustration.

She span around slowly and looked over at the guy with her arms folded; for once she did agree with what he said.

“I’ve a way to get money fast, but are you bold enough to do it?” he asked, looking her straight in the eye.

“I quit because I cannot bring myself to do what they asked me to.” He replied sincerely and honestly, “it’s not ethical.”

She shook her head, “we decided to give you a chance despite you being blacklisted but it seems like you are not treasuring it.”

Aaron scowled, “what did I do?”

“I personally don’t believe that OKWebs, being a listed corporation well-known for their charitable acts would be doing anything unethical.” She flipped the page, “plus it states here that you were asked to resign for being a chronic liar and irresponsible worker. You even attempted to steal information.”

“Don’t be disheartened. Like you said, you’ve talent …” Raymond tried to console him but he cut him off.

“Talent? So what! Nobody cares!” he took off his tie angrily and dumped it onto the hand-carry, “come to think about it … Raymond … your plan ….”

“Huh?”
