Q:  “A lot of people we’re wondering why you have to use an Alias and why did you choose the name “Monarch”?”

A:  “Well I used an alias because I never thought that my book would sell, and I thought that it will lessen the embarrassment if people will not know who the author is just incase I fail…But since the first book did pretty well I kept the alias...”

Q:  “And why monarch? Is it because you see yourself as part of a monarchy?”

A:  “No…I never thought of it that way. Monarch is a type of a butterfly and my name is synonym to butterfly.”

“You should have known, you’re the one who kept calling me butterfly before.” Dara’s thought

“I used to call her butterfly all the time…she didn’t even know that her names means butterfly until I told her.” Jiyong’s thought

Q:  “What was your inspiration when you started writing? And when did you decided to write?”

A:  “It’s Donghae who gave me the idea to write everything that I am feeling and thinking…You I was pregnant at that time, I had I high risk pregnancy at that time because of my heart condition and we had to be careful not to lose Haejin and I was bedridden, I was stuck on my bed and I was really frustrated and it was Donghae who told me to write everything… So that’s what  inspired me…Having Haejin on my tummy makes me think that Regrets is just a waste of time, the most important person was in my tummy at that time and I have to be looking a he future not the past.

Q:  “so you mean, Donghae was basically your inspiration when you write?”
