I woke up in the middle of the night remembering how I first met Donelle and then smiling like an idiot.

“Mmm...Gongie don't eat that......." I heard her mimble in her sleep.

*BRRRINGGGG*  My phone rang out loud. It's only 2am which meant that Jae was calling.

Are you not coming back home neighbour?

Yah my girlfriend is sleeping. Why are you calling at 2am?

I’m bored and Jiji is ignoring me.

Go to sleep then.

“I said don't bite it,” Doni mumbled in her sleep again.

I watched as Doni's eyebrows furrowed, so I began to her hair and watched as they slowly wen back to normal. I lifted her up and brought her to her bed so that she could sleep comfortably in her own space. I went back out into the living room and grabbed Gongie so he could sleep with his mother as well. When I was done, I went back into the living room and unfolded myself on the couch to go back to sleep.

Hoping to drift back into the same sweet memory.
