Characters:

Kim Jiyeon (main)- Normal college student...that knows nothing about the k-pop world. She lives in a rented apartment by herself. (Her parents are one of those "to understant the real adult world, you have to experience it yourself" kind of people) Jiyeon is... a bit of a nerd. Mostly, it's because of her looks. She does not like to stand out so she wears her hair in a bun, glasses, and baggy clothes. Her excuse? People that stand out always get involved in gossip and have fake friends that are only with them because of their status. She is also extremely blunt and is not afraid to speak her mind. She is studying to be a fashion designer at Korea National University of Arts (K-ARTS). She actually loves to sing and can play the guitar but she doesn't let anybody know about this--not even her best friend.

Kim Myungsoo/L (main)- Though he is also a college student, he barly gets to go. He is part of a k-pop group called Infinite and his life mainly revolves around practice, concerts, recordings, interviews, etc. etc. Of course, he doesn't mind as he loves what he does. Myungsoo has a seemingly cold and mysterious exterior, but in reality, he is kind and caring--though he only shows that side to his six friends.

Park Miyong (side)- Jiyeon's best friend since way long ago. She is extremely hyperactive and has a bubbly personality. Miyong HATES people who make fun of Jiyeon. She's the type of person that holds a grudge forever...and though she may not seem like it--she can be quite scary at times. Miyong is actually very popular in K-ARTS university where she is studying to be a actress. Also, when it comes to k-pop--she knows everything. Her favorite group? Infinite.

4minute- Queenkas of Jiyeon's college. Huge fans of Infinite also. Hyun-a is the leader. They look down on others and is quite a bit of a bully. They can't stand nerds and they dispise Miyong. Hyun-a is also in the design department with Jiyeon and she doesn't miss any chances to embaress her.
