That night, Michael had walked over to YG building to pick up Hoku, he waited outside the building knowing that this was one of the buildings in Seoul that he couldn’t get into without some sort of appointment, even if they knew Hoku.

“Excuse me?” A voice called out as Michael kept his eyes down to his phone, waiting for her to respond. He was interrupted by a tap on his shoulder, he quickly looked over to see 2 girls, high schooler from the look of their uniforms.

“Oh…um.” Michael stuttered, scratching the back of his neck not sure how to respond.

“Can I help you?” He asked as they looked to each other then back to him.

“Are you Hoku-unnies new boyfriend?” One asked in broken English causing him to confusingly nod.

“Yes, I am.” He answered as they looked to each other, muttering something before turning to him.

“Can we ask for a favor?” One asked as he blinked in confusion before hesitantly nodding.

“Sure.” He answered in a small voice.

“Leave her alone.” One spat as his eyes shot open.

“W-what?” He asked confused as they groaned.

“We liked Jiyong-oppa and Hoku-unnie together so much better.” One explained as Michael’s heart thumped loudly in his chest.

“You don’t belong here, so just leave her, let her go back to oppa.” Another added as he sighed, putting a hand through his hair.

“No way.” He answered through his teeth almost scaring the girls.

“Why should I leave Hoku to someone who didn’t treat her fair?” Michael asked as the girls rolled their eyes.

“Don’t you know how to read? He did it to save her.” One spat causing Michael to chuckle before nodding uncaring.

“I’ll give you a piece of advice, seeing that you two are not old enough to know what love is or what really goes on in the mind of a man.” Michael spoke amused causing the girls eyes to shoot open in surprise.

“He did it to save himself and the band, nothing more. Hoku is a strong person, she would have fought the media off easily. It’s his problem not mine, and I don’t intend to back off.” He hissed causing the girls eyes to widened in shock.

“Oh there you are.” A voice interrupted as he smiled and turned to the figure of Hoku running over.

“Oh unnie.” The two girls said in a small voices causing Hoku to look between the two confused.

“Is something wrong?” She asked the girls who in turn shook their heads and hands together.

“No, no problem, they were looking for you.” Michael covered as Hoku smiled turning to the girls.

“Ah, it’s nice to meet you both.” Hoku said bowing her head as they followed.

“Unnie.” One girl spoke leaning in to whisper something in her ear.

“Go back to Jiyong. This man isn’t good for you.” She whispered causing Hoku’s eyes to shoot open and look down to them.
“W-what? W-why would you…..” Hoku was about to continue before the two girls bowed and sprinted off in the opposite direction.
“What did they say?” Michael asked over as Hoku kept her eyes on the two girls running away.

“Oh? Um, they wanted to see if I could get them to meet the guys.” Hoku lied chuckling nervously causing him to smile.

“So dinner?” He asked changing the subject, holding his arm out before she nodded, intertwining her arm in his. They walked in the opposite direction. They walked down the road to a Korean BBQ restaurant and took a seat, waiting for the aunt of this shop to bring out their food.

“How are you feeling?” Michael asked once they place their meet on the fryer. Hoku looked up from the tongs in her hand before sighing.

“I’m exhausted.” She admitted going through everything that had happened in the day, through her mind. The chance meeting with the Korean BBQ Aunt, then her meeting with YG, and then the incident with Tyra, everything was stressing her out.

“You need to rest for a bit, or it may be bad for the baby.” Michael whined over causing her to chuckle and nod. They continued to enjoy their food as Michael looked up to Hoku, seeing an expression he wasn’t used to seeing around her, she almost looked miserable, fighting with herself.

“Did something happen?” Michael asked worried as she sighed looking up.

“Tyra left.” She whispered as his eyes shot open.

“Left where?” He asked concerned putting his chopsticks down.

“Top oppa and Tyra broke up, she left back home.” Hoku whispered holding her hands together on her lap, sad, hurt by the news.

“What? Oh my god.” Michael spoke surprised as Hoku sighed and looked up to him.

“Are you alright?” He asked concerned before she nodded, forcing a smile on her face. No matter how fake the smile was, it was better than how she was truly feeling on the inside.
