Jong In’s palms were cold when he told Byun not to mind whatever that Park had heard because his best friends weren’t reliable, but Jong In thought the dark sky was a little too bright when Byun smiled.

The first time they went out, Jong In was twenty minutes early only to wait for another fifty minutes before Baek Hyun reached the vacant parking lot of the bar.
Baek Hyun took him to a library and taught him numbers and formulas with cheap white notepad and free blue ball pen from the last month’s education fair. Krystal and Se Hun had dragged him, Tae Min and Lu Han to the fair that month and he wondered how he can missed Baek Hyun back then?
They went out eighteen more times and each time would always involve new formulas and new figures and new perspective, but Jong In didn’t know why he thought he was alright with it all.
He was content, and Baek Hyun looked pleased.
“Yeol is actually nice.”
“You gave a bad first impression, so don’t blame him for hating you.”
“Do not burn my best friend’s hair, Jong In-nie.”
“ing hell Kkamjong, when I said not to burn his hair I also meant to spare his ing CDs!”
“You are not spiking Yeol’s drink.”
“You are not making him run in the morning with Se Hun-nie.”
