IV. please no characters younger than eighteen. I want all the members to be legal at least. 

V. leaders will be decided on experience, maknae will be decided on age, visual will be decided on who fits the part

VI. those with the best and the most interesting applications will be accepted and will end up with their bias, those who do not will receive minor roles

VII. once accepted, please fill out all the tasks I will give you or you will be warned and kicked out.

hello! yes, yes i am creating yet another apply fic (even though my first one is yet to be completed). this is for those who didn't get the chance to apply for the other one (since i was impatient and chose applicants way too early) but it doesn't mean those who applied last time and were chosen aren't allowed to apply again. if you have a nice application, i'll choose you. if not, i won't. i hope my rules aren't too demanding. shall post the application in the next chapter :)
