Recommended Authors/Fanfiction On AFF

Who are the best authors on AFF? What are the best fanfics to read? We all know about the list of 'Most Popular Authors' but what about all those authors that are not as famous but just as good or maybe ever better? Well... *dramatic music starts to play* this is a place especially created so that you can find some of the best fanfics that AFF has to offer, and vote for ones that you believe should be the next Top Three Reccomended Authors/Fanfiction on AFF.

**Important Please Read Carefully**

A/N You do not have to read this entire huge block of text below, but it will help in explaining what goes on here~ ^^ Please at least skim through it~ :)

AFF members argue about it all the time. How the 'Most Popular Authors' list isn't correct and isn't fair...etc.etc. Well, now, instead of just arguing over a list that none of us can really change, make your own! *Prudential commercial smile* With a system of votes, nominations, debates, persuasive arguments, and judges decisions, help create the Top Three Reccomended Authors/Fanfiction List of 2013! Here's how it works:

For a time period of approximately 6 months, subscribers will be able to send in nominations (via private messages with the judges) for the Top Three Reccomended Authors/Fanfiction List of 2013. (Subscribers will be allowed to send in nominations for themselves and/or their own fanfiction as well as other fanfiction! ^^)

In addition to sending in nominations for different authors and fanfiction, they will also be able to send in a little bit about why they chose this author/fanfic. (This will be very important in the final decision as it could help convince the judges as to why they chose this author instead of giving us just a name ^^)

After this time period of 6 months or so, within a week, the top ten most nominated authors and fanfics on AFF, and the best fanfics in each of the nominated categories will be announced and the voting will begin! :) (Please keep in mind that all nominees must have more than nominations from different subscribers depending on the number of total subscribers~ ^^) *Nomination requirements will be in the next couple chapters~ ^^*

Voting will go on for approximately 3 months but during this 3 months period, people who nominated the author or fanfic along with people who disagree will be allowed to make persuasive arguments that will be sent to the judges before being posted here. Those who submit persuasive arguments will be allowed to choose whether or not they decide to keep their identities confidential. I as author, will promise to not leak any/all information told to me without the consent of the AFF member. (Please remember to be courteous to everyone here, including fellow voters, nominess, and judges, if not, your vote/nomination will not count, and you will be reported accordingly to the site.)

At the end of this three months period, judges will look over EVERYTHING posted or sent about the ten nominees for Top Three Reccomended Authors/Fanfiction of 2013 (including stories/blogs published by the nominee), and the final results of the Top 3 will be posted. If desired, the remaining nominees placement will also be announced in private to any other who wish to learn of the results. (In the end, votes will count for 60% of the argument, 25% will go to the persuasive arguments, and the last 15% will be split among the judges decisions.)

THERE WILL BE A REWARD* FOR AUTHORS THAT MAKE THE TOP 3'S LIST, JUDGES, AND EXEMPLARY DEBATES, ARGUMENTS, AND NOMINATIONS~ ^^
