> For the next few days in school, I wasn't too happy.

> I turned around and found myself facing a person I didn't see for a long

> Me: " Minwoo? "
> His hair grew longer and now it was about to cover his nose.
> Minwoo: " Hiee!! *giggle* I didn't see YOU in a long time, RUBY!! *snort* "
> Me: " Yea.. I got suspeneded. "
> Minwoo: " Yup, I heard!! *pulls up glasses* SO I ALSO heard you were going
> to go with Bi to the banquet!! heehee! "
> Me: " Um. Yea. Are you.. going?? "
> Minwoo: " YEAH!! *GIGGLES* I'm planning to ask... *giggle*snort* "

> Me: " Haha! Well good for you!! "
> I laughed and thought about Jaimie. She was the nerdiest girl in school. She always wore the same green sweater and her hair was a mess, and her thick round glasses was always sliding off her nose.

> Days passed by quickly and the day of the banquet came.
> Carol: " RUVY RUVY! C`VON DALVING! VE MUST VO TO THE SALVON!! "
> Me: " OKAY!! "
> I ran downstairs as we drove to the salon.
> I almost fell asleep while the hair salonist was doing my hair because she
> took SOOOO long!!
> After my hair was done, she did my make up.
> I guess it kind of felt good when the soft brushes slided softly against my
> eyelids and face, although when she plucked my eyebrows, it hurted.
> Finally, I opened my eyes.
> I looked like.. that woman. My so-called *mother*.
> My hair was layered and fell nicely down my shoulders.
> At the bottom of each layer, it was curled with a strong curling iron.
> The make up made me look totally different.
> I looked actually kind of.. pretty.
> Carol: " OmIvOsH! yOU LOOK VEEYOOTEEFOOL!! "
> When we got back home, I wore the black dress and black dress-shoes.
> I put on some silver jewelry and looked at the mirror.
> This is .. NOT me.
> But I smiled at the thought of Bi's expression when he`d see me later.
> He probably won't even recognize me.
> Just then, I heard the doorbell ring, and heard Carol's footsteps going To the door.
> Carol: " OH HELLO VI!! SIT DOWN SIT DOWN! RUVY VILL VE READY IN VUST A SEC! "
> I quickly gOt my purse, hung it on my shoulder and took the last glance at
> the mirror.
> Well.. *sigh* this is it!
> I slowly walked down the stairs and smiled at Bi.
> Bi: " WOW! I'M SPEECHLESS "
> Me: " Hah. Yeah I was speechless myself. Nice tux! "
> He was wearing a dark blue blouse under his black tux coat thing.
> He handed me a white rose.
> Bi: " That's for you! "
> Me: " haha. okay let's go! I wanna get this stupid banquet over with! "
> We got in his car and after a few minutes, we were at the park.
> Everyone was talking and laughing, complimenting each other's clothes.
> I had the rose on my left hand, and my right hand clutching on my purse.
> Every head turned to stare at both Bi and me.
> Boa: " OPPAH!!! "
> We both turned to see Boa, Hyori, and Bin walking towards us.
> Bi: " Hey.. "
> Boa turned to me and smiled.
> Boa: " Hi! What's your name? I'm Boa! "
> Me: " Excuse me? Are you trying to be funny? `Cause it's not funny. "
> Boa: " Um.. Bi Oppa, is she your date? I thought RUBY was gonna be your
> date? She didn't come, huh? Yup. That's what I thought! She wouldn't come to
> this banquet! "
> Bi: " BOa! SHUT UP! SHE IS RUBY! "
> Boa: " .... oh. I-I knew that. ", She turned to me and glared, " YOU SURE
> LOOK DIFFERENT TODAY. "
> Me: " REALLY? YOU LOOK THE SAME. "
> Boa: " HA. HA. "
> I could see Hyori patting Bin's back, trying to make her NOT cry.
> First, I thought they didn't come with dates, but soon enough 3 buff jocks
> came and gave roses to each one of them.
> One of the jocks: " YO BI! WSUP! YOUR CHICK IS FIIIIIIINE! "
> Bi: " HAHAHA! YEAH I KNOW "
> When everyone started to take notice of us, all the girls went to Bi,
> complimenting how nice he did his hair and how HANDSOME he looked today.
> I just stood there waiting like an idiot.
> Boa: " Ruby Jong, YOU STOLE MY BEST FRIEND'S DATE. BY THE END OF TODAY, YOUR
> GONNA WISH YOU WERE NEVER BORN! ," She whispered threateningly to me.
> Me: " HAHA. LOSERS. "
> They all glared and and left to the hotel with their dates.
> Just then, I saw a familiar face waving crazily at me.
> The more closer the person got, I realized who it was.
> Minwoo: " HIII RUBY!!!! "
> Me: " Wow. You actually knew it was me. "
> Minwoo: " well yeah~ "
> Next to Minwoo was Jaimie.
> Both of them didn't look too bad after all.
> Minwoo finally had his long bangs moussed back. Now I could finally see his
> EYES. Although it looked bigger than usual because of his humongous
> magnifying glasses.
> Jaimie's hair wasn't all that big today. I guess she straightened it or
> something.
> Me: " I'll see you at the banquet. Later, Minwoo. "
> Minwoo: " Oh, okay! *snort* have fun! Bye!! *giggle* "
> I pushed myself into the crowd of girls, hovering over Bi, and dragged him
> out.
> Me: " WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! DID YOU COME HERE TO FLIRT WITH THESE 50
> GIRLS?!!! "
> Bi: " Aww! Now, no need to be jealous~ You know I only have you *winks* "
> Me: " EWW! GOSH BI! The banquet's gonna start in 5 minutes, look, everyone's
> going in. "
> Bi: " ok ok ok ! Let's go! "
> We finally walked through the park, and into the hotel.
> It was beautiful.
> Everything was white and peach.
> Flowers were hanging everywhere and tables were neatly organized with
> utensils, and wine glasses.
> There was the big empty space right in the middle of the room, for the
> dancing.
> The music was playing softly and everyone seemed to have a great time.
> I guess it won't be too bad after all.
> Bi: " Isn't it great? "
> Me: " Haha. Yeah whatever "
> Bi: " Hey let's dance! "
> Before I could say anything, he dragged me to the dance floor and started
> dancing .. everyone stared but clapped.
> Me: " OMG BI! YOUR EMBARASSING!! "
> Bi: " C`mon dance!! "
> Soon enough, everyone started dancing but I just stood there laughing at Bi.
> The food was great, the party was great, and I couldn't believe I was
> actually having fun.
> Some people were still eating, dancing, and talking.
> Bi: " Hey Ruby, I gotta go to the restroom. Isn't the restroom all the way
> down the hall?!?! "
> Me: " Yeah, it's a pretty much a long walk from here.
> Bi: " Ugh. Okay then, just be hanging around, I`ll be back soon. "
> Me: " Oh okay. "
> After he left, I was walking over to Minwoo and Jaimie until a foot just
> sprung out of nowhere as I tripped.
