When the lights go out, when stores close, when the rest of Seoul is asleep. A large group of youngsters ranging from highschoolers to college students outrun each other in the hardest judged racing style of all pursuit races. In pursuit races the race starts when a driver approaches another driver along the highway and flashes his/her lights at the driver in front of them and the driver in front should respond with either braking (not accepting the race) or switching on his emergency/hazard lights (to start the race) drivers will then chase each other until 10 minutes has ended and the car in front at the end of the pursuit wins the race.
