Personally, I think it's better if one doesn't read the summary and go straight into it so skip the foreword if you want.

Foreword
How would you cope with the death of your love?
Nana and Changmin are the perfect couple. A beautiful life that has no telling of what would happen in the future.
However... Life doesn't always go the way you want. Changmin faces a horrible accident which takes his life. Nana is left alone without her other half. It's been over a year and she still hasn't overcome the pain.
