2. select>rounded rectange
3. This window will appear
Note : The larger the number, the rounder the edge. The smaller the number the less. examples:
TIP : If the background turned into another color other than the checkered background check the Alpha Channel
4. new layer > fill in w/ whilte > place below the picture layer
5. RESULTS
